Nickel acetate is an important chemical raw material.It is mainly used to make the sealing agent of the aluminium alloy profiles and it is also used as a catalyst,paint drying agent,dyeing agent,glass steel curing accelerator,invisible ink,precision electroplating and electroplating of high-end electronic materials,etc.Aluminum alloy is the most widely used type of non-ferrous metal structure material in industry and it is also widely used in aviation,aerospace,automobile,machinery manufacturing,ship and chemical industry,etc.The aluminum alloy surface is treated with a layer of dense oxide film.And this membrane is not flat and it has lots of pores.We need to close it to make the aluminum alloy surface bright and corrosion resistance.Nickel acetate is a kind of common hole sealing agent of raw materials.There are few studies on the synthesis of nickel acetate.In this paper,we study the synthesis process of nickel-based nickel carbonate.Obtained better synthesis process:in the reaction kettle of 5000 L,Na2CO3 mixed with NaOH precipitation agent was added into the solution,the molar ratio of two precipitant for 1:4,then nickel the nickel sulfate solution is 70 g/L to 120 L/min flow spray into the precipitant mixture,control the finish pH=8.0,aging time is 2h.We reduce the CO32-content to 31.2%in the nickel basic carbonate by adding a precipitant.It can reduce the production of CO2 and reduce the foam in the kettle when the nickel carbonate is synthesized.Thus,the feeding time is shortened and the production efficiency is improved.In the production process of alkaline carbonate,a lot of waste water is produced.The waste water contains heavy metal Ni,whose content exceeds the national comprehensive waste water discharge standard,which needs to be processed to discharge.In this article,we use heavy metal capturing agent,poly aluminium chloride,poly acrylamide and other raw materials.We successfully developed a green waste water treatment process:It was used to adjust the waste water to pH=9.0,with 20%polymerization of aluminum chloride?PAC?1.5ml per liter of wastewater,0.2ml of 10%heavy metal capture solution,and 1‰of polyacrylamide?PAM?after 30min.Finally,we also adjust the pH value,the Ni concentration and dosage of each raw material.And the value of the recovered metal nickel can offset the cost of raw materials.First of all,we have used this experiment to develop alkaline nickel carbonate for the synthesis of nickel acetate.Then,we explored the ratio of materials,solid liquid ratio,reaction temperature,cooling rate and stirring rate.Finally,we developed nickel acetate which complies with national standard.The specific conditions of nickel and acetic acid in the reaction time of ni and acetic acid are 1:3.8;After the reaction,the solid-liquid ratio was 1:3;Reaction temperature is 75?;Temperature gradient of 2?/h;The stirring rate is 75 r/min.We passed 80?heat preservation experiments show that the process of nickel acetate synthesis in line with the requirements of aluminium alloy hole sealing.However,because the nickel basic carbonate contains a lot of free water.A large number of nickel acetate mother liquor was produced when nickel acetate was synthesized.The treatment of nickel acetate mother liquor requires that it be re-synthesized and washed into the intermediate product of the basic nickel carbonate.If we do this,we will not only increase the cost of production,but also affect the production capacity.And the washing waste water contains a lot of sodium sulfate and acetic acid root.Its COD is very high.The treatment of these waste water with high salinity and high COD is difficult and brings about environmental protection problems.In order to solve these problems,we use flash drying equipment to flash the nickel basic carbonate with filter cake,reduce the moisture content of nickel carbonate to 35%alkali type,used in the synthesis of nickel acetate,achieve no incremental,mother liquor product yield increased by 22%,and mother liquor for 7 times in half cycle of nickel acetate had no effect on product quality,the improvement of the process not only can solve the problem of environmental protection,at the same time,it can reduce the production cost of 250000 yuan a year for the company,but also improves the market competitiveness of products.
