Network Security Base On A-P Value To Compute Atmospheric Environmental Capacity

As social and technology development,human behavior influence environment condition become increasingly obvious,this state make a new environment resource become importent gradually – environmental capacity resources.How to compute atmospheric environmental capacity scientific,that is important significance for government formulate economy and social development plane,enhance manage environment,control air pollutant total content efficient,use environmental capacity rational,and realize sustainable development.This paper used A-value to compute atmospheric environmental capacity of Henan province,and used P-value to forecast the most atmospheric pollutant emissions amount with area.Because of the features that fluxility and regional with atmospheric pollutant,this paper zoned different function area what according to the province grographical and meteorological,and computed the atmospheric environmental capacity of 18 city level and 126 county level in Henan province.This paper assessed the A value which to used control the amount volume of atmospheric environmental capacity.This paper analyzed influence degree of low,middle,and high atmospheric pollutant source with high atmospheric pollutant,and used A-value to compute the atmospheric environmental capacity amount volume of Henan province,combined P-value forecast the most air pollutant emissions amount with area that be allowed.This paper analyzed SO2 and NOx the most emissions amount in 2010 and 2016,combined the practical air pollution emissions,offered proposals for cuts.
