The addition of Cu to the austenitic stainless steel enables the stainless steel to achieve excellent antibacterial performance good corrosion resistance and processability at a low cost.Copper-containing antibacterial stainless steel has a very broad application value in food, medical and other fields due to its relatively low price and excellent antibacterial performance, good corrosion resistance, processability, and non-magnetic properties. In recent years, people have received extensive attention. This article takes 304 L austenitic stainless steel and KJ304-9 copper-containing antibacterial stainless steel as the research object. It mainly studies the effect of Cu element on the formation of austenite stainless steel oxide at high temperature, and provides technical reference and theoretical guidance for industrial production of copper-containing antibacterial stainless steel. The main research contents of the paper are as follows:(1).Using SEM,EDS,XRD,super-deep-depth microscope and other equipment to test and study the iron oxide scale produced in the high temperature and hot rolling process of 304 L austenitic stainless steel, the 304 L austenitic stainless steel was heated and hot-rolled at high temperature.Iron Oxide Formation Mechanism and Evolution Process.(2).Using SEM,EDS,XRD,super-deep-depth microscopes and other equipment to conduct an experimental study on the iron oxide scales of KJ304-9 copper-containing antibacterial stainless steels produced during hightemperature heating and hot rolling, and discussing the process of hightemperature heating and hot rolling of antibacterial stainless steels. The formation mechanism and evolution process of the iron oxide skin.(3).The texture, microstructure and microstructure of 304 L stainless steel and Cu-containing antibacterial stainless steel scale were compared and analyzed. The effect of Cu addition on the formation mechanism of stainless steel oxide scale was discussed. It can be seen from the above that the research results of this paper have played a positive and beneficial role in improving the high temperature oxidation of copper-containing antibacterial stainless steel and the evolution mechanism of the iron oxide skin during hot rolling, providing theoretical guidance for the industrial production of copper-containing antibacterial stainless steel.
