Research On The Intrinsic Safety Level Of Construction Project

Facing the serious situation of construction safety management,the concept and methods of safety management are old and lagging,and the construction managers can not have a comprehensive and real control over the safety of their own projects.Therefore,it is imminent to introduce advanced ideas and methods,evaluate the safety management level of construction projects scientifically,objectively and accurately,so as to recognize the short board of safety management and find out the improved path.In the field of safety management,then intrinsic safety has become a hot research topic.It is a new concept about safety,which will fundamentally change the passive situation of human being in the process of accident treatment and prevention.However,at present,there is little research on the construction project intrinsic safety management.In order to fill this gap and better grasp and improve the safety management ability of construction project,this research will introduce the intrinsic safety concept into the construction project safety management and evaluate the intrinsic safety level of the construction project.Firstly,based on the literature collection and classification,summarize the present situation of the intrinsic safety theory and the construction safety management research,and combs the accident causation theory,the model of the accident causation and the structural model of the construction project intrinsic safety system are established,which lays the theoretical foundation for the research of the paper.Secondly,the five dimensions of human,material,management,environment and culture are divided by the frame structure of the intrinsic safety system structure model of the construction project.From these five dimensions,in view of the analysis of the intrinsic safety factors affecting the construction project,Taking the literature analysis as the main method and the case study method as an auxiliary method,the index evaluation system is established.Combined with the network analytic hierarchy process,Super Decision2.8 software is used to calculate the index weight of the intrinsic afety construction project,and the comprehensive evaluation mechanism and model are constructed by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methodIn the end,empirically studing three constructing projects of a Real Estate Company in Chongqing by using the comprehensive evaluation model established in this paper.The results of the case evaluation are analyzed,and then the countermeasures and proposals are put forward to improve the intrinsic safety level.These prove that the comprehensive evaluation model of intrinsic safety level is practical,effective and reasonable.The theoretical model and evaluation method proposed in this paper not only help to enrich and improve the theory of construction safety management,but also help and guide the practice of safety management,and realize the safety and efficiency and long-term stability of construction.
