| Computer numerical control(CNC)machine tools are the most important machines for manufacturers in equipment manufacturing industry,but most medium and high class CNC machine tools are imports,especially key precision equipment required by the national key projects,which has restricted the development of Chinese manufacturing industry.As key functional components of a CNC machine tool,the scroll function components determine the reliability and performance of the CNC machine tool directly.The reliability of the product is formed in the manufacturing process.There are many factors in the manufacturing process affecting the product quality,and they ultimately affect the reliability.At the same time,the research on the relationship between product quality in the manufacturing process and product reliability is currently a hot and difficult topic.The reliability management of the manufacturing process is an important part of improving reliability.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influence of product manufacturing process on reliability to improve product reliability.This paper takes the rolling function component of CNC machine tool as the research object,constructs the comprehensive evaluation system of scroll function components,and evaluates the rolling linear guide.For its lower comprehensive level,it will distinguish process factors of affecting the reliability in manufacturing process,optimize the reliability management of the manufacturing process of the rolling linear guide,and ultimately improve the reliability of the rolling linear guides.The main research work of the dissertation is as follows:First of all,the paper describes the research status of product evaluation indicators and evaluation methods and the research status of product quality characteristics modeling in manufacturing process,and summarizes the evaluation indexes of product quality and reliability.Secondly,a comprehensive evaluation index system for reliability of rolling linear guide was established in terms of performance,precision,life,reliability,maintainability,and economic efficiency.The comprehensive level of scroll functional components was evaluated using extenics.It uses the weight of subjective and objective combination weighting method of Decision-making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory and Entropy Weight to determine the weight.And it comprehensively evaluates rolling linear guides.Finally,based on the evaluation result,the reliability management of the manufacturing process of rolling linear guide was performed.The losses of quality characteristics in the manufacturing process is considered as reliability influencing factors and are covariate of the Weibull proportional hazards model of the product.Through parameter estimation,the weak parts in the manufacturing process are identified,and the process characteristics and product characteristics that seriously affect the product reliability are identified.Finally,it conducts reliability management and improves product reliability. |
