Underground gas storage as a clean energy reserve facility has been widely used in many countries.However,due to the influence of environment and other factors,natural gas leakage accidents happen frequently,which seriously jeopardize state property and people's life safety.Therefore,systematic research on its integrity assessment is of great significance for ensuring energy security.On the basis of theoretical analysis and a lot of literature at home and abroad,the paper makes a thorough analysis and Research on the load,residual strength and failure probability of the gas storage tank by numerical simulation,Monte Carlo simulation and numerical analysis,and introduces the Bayesian minimum risk criterion parallel algorithm to the traditional neural network.In order to improve the integrity management and evaluation efficiency of the pipe column in underground gas storage,the FAD failure evaluation model based on fracture mechanics was constructed and the residual life of the cylinder integrity of the gas storage tank was calculated.On the basis of the above study,the risk management was designed for the operation of the oil storage tank.Evaluation system.The reliability and accuracy of the model are verified with a practical example.The results are in good agreement with the historical data.It shows that the research results provide the decision support for the risk assessment and integrity management of the CNPC and also provide reference for the risk assessment and management in other fields.Due to the time relationship and the complexity of the integrity evaluation of the gas storage,this paper only makes a thorough research on the integrity management ofthe gas storage pipe column,so there are some limitations on the integrity evaluation of the whole gas storage,and there are some debatable points in the evaluation method,especially the fixed evaluation model.The evaluation results are conservative and so on.The next step will be further research in this area.
