With the upgrading of Intelligent manufacturing,security access control is widely used in manufacturing security inspections.At present,in the field of welding machinery and equipment,the working characteristics of welding machines are developing toward high energy,high precision,high speed,and high automation.In the welding production process,the welding product speed(?s)is very fast,the laser energy is very high and there is a certain radiation hazard(harmful to human skin and eyes).Operators can easily cause limb and eye injuries when they are mistaken in operation and mistakenly entering the work area.Therefore,it is a necessary and very important task to set a safety shield door protection device to the welding machine.There are many existing safety and protection measures for welding machinery and equipment at home and abroad,and common installations include photoelectric protection systems,mechanical protection devices,and hydraulic protection devices.This paper proposes a different security detection method than the traditional shielded access control,that is,the recognition and protection of the safety light curtain based on machine vision.Based on the actual situation in industrial production lines,this system studies the key technology of safe light curtain detection for machine vision.According to the requirements of safety light curtains in the production site conditions and security detection,a vision-based light curtain identification system scheme is developed.As the safety light curtains are all mechanical devices as fixed carriers,there are certain defects in the mobility,reliability and cost,which has a serious impact on the application prospect of the safety light curtain detection.Therefore,this article has developed a light curtain recognition system based on the ARM embedded development board,which has outstanding advantages such as portability,reliability,high cost performance,and low power consumption.In the end,this paper implements a simple embedded light curtain detection and management system,which can quickly and effectively detect and identify the safety light curtain and realize the management function of safe access control.The main content of this article: According to the actual production requirements,select the appropriate embedded development board,camera,light source,etc.,build the detection system hardware platform,access to the image of the detection light curtain.The preprocessed image of the light curtain is designed,and an algorithm for identifying and detecting the light curtain is designed.According to the problem that the misjudgment is high and the speed is slow in the detection process of the defect of the light curtain,a defect detection method based on region segmentation is proposed.Experiments prove that this method The misjudgment caused by erroneous extraction is effectively reduced,and the detection time is also shortened.For the measurement of the gray center curve,a measurement algorithm based on 0.5 pixels is proposed,which has high measurement speed and high repeatability.Based on the embedded Linux-based environment,the Qt creator tool is used to develop a machine vision inspection system.The C/C# programming language was used in the industrial control system and the light curtain management system was developed in the VS2013 programming environment.Through the analysis of the results of the experimental test,the system has good stability and practicality,and provides technical guidance for the future of the factory's access control security detection applications.
