| The research basis of this paper is mainly based on the multiple commonality of geopolymeric composite cementitious materials and phosphorous slag.Through physical and chemical methods,the activity of inert phosphorus slag is stimulated,and the prepared test specimen ma terial has excellent mechanical properties..So as to achieve the purpose of using phosphorus slag as raw material to prepare a brand-new gelling material.The new phosphorus slag cementitious material in the preparation process not only solves the proble m of phosphorus slag treatment,but also eliminates the “two-burning and one-burning” process in cement preparation,and also solves the energy waste in the cement preparation and the pollution gas and Greenhouse gas emissions.(a)In the study of this pap er,firstly,the effect of alkaline activator on the mechanical properties of the prepared cementitious material was explored by changing the amount of alkaline activator added.Therefore,the meso-mechanical structure of the phosphorus slag concrete can b e detected by the photoelectric detection technology XRD.And analyze the reaction mechanism of phosphorus slag under alkaline excitation.It is considered that the activation of phosphorus slag activity is the precondition for the production of phosphorus slag to produce excellent mechanical properties.Based on the amount of the activator to be incorporated,and through XRD analysis,the following conclusions can be drawn:(1)Through the incorporation of Na OH as an activator,the composite cementitious material formed by phosphorus slag is steam cured and can be made into a phosphorus slag concrete with higher strength and better mechanical properties.When the amount of activator is 4.2%,the mechanical properties are optimal.(2)According to the XRD an alysis of the phosphorus slag and the prepared cementitious material,the possible hydration reaction equation inside the phosphorus slag can be obtained.(3)When the alkaline activator is added,the internal reaction of the cementitious material is always underway,and the reaction rate gradually becomes slower over time.(b)For the active excitation of phosphorus slag,on the one hand,by adding activators,on the other hand,the surface area can be increased by physical means.The size of the particle size can be obtained by means of a photometering laser diameter measuring instrument.The mechanical properties of the specimens prepared from phosphorus slag of different particle sizes are analyzed.research shows:(1)With the increase of the phosphorus slag fineness,the higher the phosphorus slag activity,the increase of hydraulic hydrate production yields a significant increase in compressive strength.(2)When the fineness of the phosphorous slag reaches a certain value,the fineness of the phosphorous slag is further increased,resulting in a poor binding ability between the particles of the gelling material.(c)Due to the toxic and strong corrosion characteristics of industrial waste residue and alkaline activator.Therefore,it is necessary to perform certain environmental protection and safety analysis on the prepared material.On the one hand,a Ph analysis was performed on the indicated diets,and digital speckles were digitally measured by electro-optical measurement techniques to analyze th e surface deformation of the specimens after pressure.research shows:(1)As the load increases,the strain of the prepared specimen becomes larger.When the load reaches 40 MPa,the specimen is finally destroyed.According to the change of its strain,it can be seen that the concrete deformation of the composite cement material is higher in the process of structural construction.Small,safe to meet requirements.(2)The glass electrode method analysis shows that as the amount of alkali increases,the p H of the resulting solution continuously rises and eventually stabilizes at about 12.1.Therefore,the concrete prepared from the phosphorus slag has high corrosiveness,and if it forms a structural beam with a steel bar or the like,the anti-corrosion treatment of the steel bar needs to be considered. |
