Polysiloxane has been widely used in various fiedls in recent years due to its good weather resistance,flame retardant and high and low temperature resistance.This paper uses polysiloxane as the matrix to prepare two functional coatings with widely applied value,such as superhydrophobic coating and thermal conductive coating.Superhydrophobic materials have good self-cleaning function,and they have played an important value in a variety of territory such as agricultural production,industrial application,national defense and so on.At present,there are two methods for the preparation of superhydrophobic surface:the first one is to construct the rough surface structure of nano-scale on low-surface energy materials;The second one is to use low surface energy materials to modify the rough surface structure of nanometer scale.Among them,the former one is the key of the current research.There are many methods for preparing superhydrophobic materials,such as etching,steam induced phase separation,sol-gel,electrostatic spinning and template extrusion.With the rapid development of power equipment and automobile,the heat dissipation problem becomes more and more important.At present,there are two main types of conductive polymer:one is the structural polymer with high thermal conductivity,such as polypyrrole,polyacetylene or polymer with complete crystalline structure;The other is packed polymer which disperses some thermal conductive filler in the polymer to improve the overall thermal conductivity of the polymer.There are several kinds of thermal conductive fille:the first one is ceramic filler,such as BN,AlN and so on;the second one is metal and its oxides filler,such as silver,alumina and so on;the third one is carbon series fillers,such as graphene,carbon black,carbon nanotubes and so on.The main content of this paper are as follows:?1?First,use D4 as raw material,concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst and water as the end capping agent for cationic ring-opening polymerizatio in order to get different low molecular weight hydroxyl polysiloxane.Through different methods to disperse the hydrophobic nano-silica in the matrix resin,we study the best dispersion process.?2?The 1H-NMR spectrogram and FT-IR spectrogram show the structure of the polymer.Through contact angle meter,TGA,SEM and other instruments,the superhydrophobic coating is tested with superhydrophobicity,coating heat resistance and filler dispersion state.?3?The thermal conductive coating was prepared by dispersing the graphene,BN and nano-trioxide in the matrix resin.Through thermal conductivity meter,TGA,impact resistance,adhesion test device,SEM and other devices,the thermal conductive coating is tested with thermal conductivity,impact resistance,adhesion,coating heat resistance and filler dispersion state.
