The residual stress problem has been plaguing the entire injection molding industry,for the bathroom products,residual stress problems have greater impact on it's appearance and electroplating treatment.This topic selected bath injection molded parts as the research object,analyzing the present situation for plastic residual stress,discussed including product structure design,mold design scheme,molding process parameters and the selection of materials,and many other factors which influence the result of the residual stresses in injection molded parts.According to the development of relevant technology,the process of the system to solve the residual stress of the plastic parts was put forward.This topic puts forward five measures to solve the residual stress of the plastic parts and applies them to the production process of the plastic injection parts.1.Established plastic defect putted forward that defend bath,the bathroom products are classified according to the structure of the existing types,to analyze typical defects,from the perspective of product design,mold design and molding process of possible defects in the product development are analyzed and put forward the improvement scheme for reference,established the injection CAE putted forward that defend bath,provide reference for the same type for the development of new products.2.Set up the online monitoring system,in the process of production of injection molding process monitoring,reads the pressure in the injection mold in the process of change,by setting up secure value for automatic adjustment,reduce the probability of adverse to produce.The acceptance rate of samples increased from 93% to 98.4%,which effectively improved the quality of products and ensured the quality of injection molded parts.3.The development of transparent plastic development processes,in product trial-produce link using transparent instead of opaque material for production test,and stress testing,the result as the target product reference to residual stress.The feasibility analysis and error analysis are carried out for the scheme.Then the typical plastic injection molding parts were selected for the experiment,and two materials,ABS758 and ABS727,were selected to perform CAE simulation on the product,and the residual stress results of CAE simulation were compared.A series of tests were carried out using the actual samples.Compared with the test results,the residual stress distribution of ABS758 and ABS727 in the same product is basically consistent,and there is a certain difference in the value,and the error is within 20%.The sample of ABS758 and ABS727 had the same distribution of stress by comparison of actual samples.4.Project summary of glacial acetic acid test ABS plastic residual stress at present stage process,designed a automation glacial acetic acid stress testing equipment,for automated detection of ABS bathroom the residual stress of injection molded parts.The equipment has the ability to automatically adjust the solution,and automatically adjust according to the change of concentration,so as to maintain the stable characteristics of the detection liquid,no manual operation,high efficiency,and small error of detection result.5.Now summarize the commonly used plastic residual stress tempering method,designed a new type of hot air circulation tempering device,the device can realize batch type tempering treatment,also can realize continuous production process of tempering.The above subject,for bathroom plastic residual stress plays an important role on the solution of the problem,the practical application of respectively from the conditions in the design,development,production control before production,production after the stress tests and post-processing of residual stress to help resolve this problem,and in the actual production.The research results can be extended to other injection molding industries.
