In recent years, the environmental pollution caused by waste tires and granulated blast furnace slag has become an urgent problem. In this paper, the method of orthogonal test is used to prepare slag-rubber powder lightweight aggregate concrete. The durability of its 3d,7d,14 d,28d compressive strength and 28 d splitting tensile strength and water freeze-thaw conditions were measured. The pore distribution, microcrack distribution, and the transformation of the slurry were tested by the method of hardening concrete pore structure analysis, nuclear magnetic resonance,ESEM and XRD.1.The internal relation between concrete compressive strength and stomatal structure parameters of hardened concrete was established by using grey correlation analysis.2.The relationship between early compressive strength and age of slag-gel lightweight aggregate concrete was established by using MATLAB log-fitting procedure.3.Through nuclear magnetic resonance,ESEM and XRD technology, the freezing and thawing damage mechanism of slag-gel lightweight aggregate concrete was analyzed.4.Based on the experimental results,a quadratic function freezing and thawing damage model based on acceleration damage was established,In order to make full use of the slag-powder lightweight aggregate concrete, the life prediction was made according to the experimental results.
