Under current technical conditions of mine production,the gas drainage is one of the fundamental measures to solve gas disasters of the coal seam.The drilling sealing effect directly determines the effect of gas drainage.The sealing material and sealing process is two main factors affect the sealing of the borehole.Therefore,it is very important to study the quick-acting gas-sealing technology for gas drainage and drilling in the coal seam to improve gas drainage and prevent gas outburst and explosion.Through the FLAC30 and the analysis of loosening ring theory and slurry diffusion,the quick-acting bag sealing mechanism of gas drainage and drilling in the coal seam is obtained.Based on the analysis of the stress area around the roadway in this coal seam,the gas drainage borehole sealing section reasonable position.Based on the principle of active support and sealing,invented the coal seam gas drainage drilling quick-acting seal technology.According to the principle of on-site borehole support and fissure seal,a new type of sealing material was developed by analyzing the optimal proportion of expansion agent added.The pore structure and compressive strength characteristics of the new sealing material were analyzed by the experimental analysis of uniaxial compressive strength under the scanning electron microscope.According to the principle of "two plugages and one plug" and active support,the basic principle and technological process of quick-acting bag sealing technology for gas drainage and drilling in the coal seam are analyzed.And the plugging equipment suitable for instant bag sealing is optimized.In order to verify the actual sealing effect of quick-acting bag sealing technology,a drilling test was conducted on the coal mining face of 302 for field test,and the concentration of gas drainage was tested and analyzed.Through the above research,the paper has theoretically deduced the sealing mechanism of quick-acting bag for gas drainage and drilling in the coal seam and developed a new type of sealing material,and developed a quick-acting bag sealing technology and method in the process.Through on-the-spot verification,the superiority of the instantaneous bag sealing technology of gas drainage and drilling in this coal seam is proved.
