The study of the interaction of drugs such as fluorescent substances,metal ions and macro-molecular substances is of great significance to the determination of drug content.This paper selects specific fluorescent indicator and metal ions,protein interaction,the complexes form-ed more efficiently,so as to provide more efficient and diversified detection methods for the analysis of fluorescence detection of drugs.The study of the interaction of small molecule dr-ugs,fluorescent substances and metal ions has become the focus of research in pharmacolo-gy,life science and clinical medicine.Based on the existing means of fluorescence detection of drug in the process of cognition,study on the interaction of fluorescent substances in a variety of drugs with bovine serum al-bumin,calcein and metal ions as the foundation,studies the process of drugs with bovine se-rum albumin and calcein with the interaction of metal ions and the.The thesis is divided into four parts:Chapter 1,the research methods and research status of the interaction between drugs and fluorescent materials,fluorescent materials and metal ion complexes are reviewed,and the research targets are fully demonstrated.Chapter 2,the optimum conditions for the interaction between calcein ion system and drugs were studied by fluorescence spectra and UV Vis spectra.In the concentration range of 10-410-8mol/L,isoniazid drugs showed a good linear relationship with the fluorescence intensity of calcein Yttrium Ion system.The regression equation of?F=2289+305C.The levofloxacin drug has a good linear relationship with the fluorescence intensity of calcein Eu ion system.The regression equation of?F=-2306-325C.There was a good linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity of lornoxicam and calcein zinc ion system.The regression equation of?F=-3065-364C.There was a good linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity of meloxicam and calcein-zinc ion system.The regression equation of?F=-1361-186C.A new method for the detection of four kinds of drugs was summarized.Chapter 3,we studied the interaction between losartan and bovine serum albumin?BSA?by fluorescence spectra and UV Vis spectra.The experimental results show that two kinds of sar-tans through static quenching mechanism of the fluorescence quenching of BSA,calculation of sartan drug interactions with the BSA binding parameters and sites,analysis of the impact of statin drugs on BSA conformation.Chapter 4,The study on the visible spectrum using fluorescence spectroscopy,UV were ob-tained Tb-BSA system and Eu-BSA system and the interaction of moxifloxacin and oxytetra-cycline hydrochloride interaction,through the work curve of moxifloxacin in the concentrati-on of fluorescence intensity in the range of 5x10-65x10-8moL/L and Tb-BSA system showed a good linear relationship.Its regression equation is?F=254.6+41C.The concentra-tion of oxytetracycline hydrochloride in the range of 10-510-7moL/L is in good linear relationship with the fluorescence intensity of Eu-BSA system.Its regression equation is?F=565+85.6C.A new method for the detection of the two drugs was summarized.
