In nuclear power field,the main equipment of AP1000 is exposed to light-water erosion and neutron irradiation for a long time.In order to prevent the inner wall of the equipment's barrel from the erosion of primary circuit,the inner wall of barrel is required to use stainless steel belt overlay welding.During manufacturing and installing the main equipment of AP1000,many important welding materials are almost imported from foreign countries.Thanks to the great support of technology provided by our country,we have been trying our best to achieve the aim of manufacturing these welding materials domestically in recent years.The project is mainly to solve the research and manufacture of welding materials used in AP1000,which is the most advanced and the third generation nuclear power technology.The introduction,digestion,absorption and re-innovation of AP1000 technology is the technology route in the developing the nuclear power of our country.Austenitic stainless steel belt overlay welding has the advantages of high efficiency,so it is widely used in nuclear power.Belt overlay welding is a widely-used method in manufacturing the nuclear power equipment.Austenitic stainless steel belt overlay welding is used in main equipment pressure vessel of the nuclear island and the surface of low alloy steel where the primary circuit and coolant contacts.Besides,it is also used in nuclear reactor pressure vessel,steam generator,voltage regulator and so on.The thesis is mainly to research two aspects.One is namely distributing regularity of chemical ingredients in stainless steel belt overlay welding and the assessment of accuracy.The other is the ingredients' performance of stainless steel belt overlay welding.Through the overlay welding method,the distributing regularity of chemical ingredients' gradient is researched and assessed.Besides,through the same method,the ferrite content,cutting,torsion,stretch,shock,side bend,rigidity and intergranular corrosion are also researched.All these researches make a great contribution to manufacturing domestically the third generation nuclear power Austenitic stainless steel erosion-resistant overlay welding materials and accumulating excellent experience in improving Austenitic stainless steel erosion-resistant overlay welding products.They also have a great significance in solving the bottleneck in nuclear power manufacture.Meanwhile,the performance of the overlay welding joints has a direct effect on the stability of nuclear power equipment;however,the distributing regularity of overlay weldin g joints' ingredients in unclear power main equipment is hardly researched deeply in our country.As a result,the conclusion of ingredients' distributing regularity and the research to performance in this thesis has a great significance and value.
