For the pure time domain and frequency domain signal analysis in the traditional machine tool condition monitoring and fault diagnosis,the physical signal characteristics of CNC machine tool are difficult to correspond with the real-time state of machine machining,which can cause the problem of miscalculation in the signal analysis and processing of CNC machine tool,this paper researches and summarizes the design principle and method of instruction domain oscillograph,and realizes the CNC machine tool instruction domain oscilloscope based on the HNC-8 CNC system and the mobile intelligent terminal represented by the Android platform.The main work of this paper includes the following aspects:Firstly,the design principle and method of the CNC machine tool instruction domain oscilloscope are researched and summarized.Including the working process of CNC system instruction domain oscilloscope;The synchronous acquisition process of the internal data of CNC system,such as the G instruction data,and sensor data,such as vibration data,audio data,etc.Instruction domain processing,characteristic computation,and oscillographic process of sensor data;Then,research and technology realization of CNC machine tool instruction domain oscilloscope based on HNC-8 CNC system and Android platform has been done.Implemented the data acquisition of the external sensors of the machine tools,such as collecting vibration data on the Android device by USB,collecting the audio data through the self-band or external microphone,collecting image data through the camera;Implemented the bluetooth service module of CNC system,the data exchange protocol between the bluetooth service module of the Android device and CNC system is designed.Implemented the data interaction between the Android device and the CNC system throughbluetooth,and the data acquisition of machine;Implemented the instruction domain processing,characteristic computation and display of vibration data and audio data;Finally,based on the research and technical exploration of the front,several applications of instruction domain oscilloscope on the Android platform are realized,and their usability and use value are verified by experiments.CNC Machine Tool general instruction domain Oscilloscope app,can carry out the data acquisition of a variety of CNC system internal data,machine tool external sensor,and instruction domain playback of vibration data,audio data and other data;Real-time instruction domain vibration monitoring app,can monitor the state of CNC machine tool in instruction domain by comparing the real-time vibration data with the template vibration data.CNC machine tool spindle vibration sweep app,can generate the spindle sweep G code according to the parameters and upload it to the CNC system,can easily sweep the rotational speed of machine tool spindle using instruction domain method,so to get rotational speeds with large vibration,and avoid using these speeds in G program.
