With the rapid development of the national economy,the consumption of coal increased significantly,so the development of advanced coal utilization technology to improve the combustion efficiency is of great significance for improving energy efficiency and reducing pollutant emissions.At present,many advanced coal-combustion technologies such as pressurized combustion and coal gasification technology require the basic diffusion such as gas diffusion coefficient,but now only the normal pressure and temperature coefficient of gas diffusion is measured by experiment,there are few high temperature and high pressure conditions under the diffusion coefficient of experimental data and Reliable empirical formula.The purpose of this paper is to measure the diffusion coefficient of binary gas under different working conditions by large lateral shearing interferometry.Firstly,the development of optical interferometry,its mathematical principles,advantages and disadvantages of various interfering techniques are introduced.In terms of gas diffusion of this dynamic process object,you can choose holographic interference or shear interference,because when the two beams of horizontal shear amount is large enough to produce similar to the holographic interference of the perfect interference fringes,and shear Interference is superior to holographic interference both in platform construction and in experimental operation.Therefore,this paper selects the measuring method of large lateral shearing interferenceBy carrying out the simulation of the interference of binary gas diffusion,the interference fringes of the binary gas diffusion are obtained under the simplified condition.According to the relationship between the gray value of the interference fringes and the gas concentration,the refractive index and the G-D coefficient of the interference fringes,analyze the interference fringes.The results of the simulation and experimental error are less than 5%.The CO2-O2 diffusion test at normal temperature and pressure was carried out by constructing the large-scale shearing interference experiment platform.By adjusting the incident angle and the parallel flat crystal,the perfect interference fringes were obtained,and the error was obtained in the reasonable range after analyzing the interference fringes.The binary diffusion coefficient at high temperature and high pressure can be measured by this method by improving the structure of the gas chamber and the diffusion tank.
