The charged-spray is a kind of technology,which can charge the spray by the high voltage electrostatic field and make the atomized droplets with electric charge,so as to reduce the particle size and enhance the adsorption and improve the efficiency of spraying.It has important application value in the field of water mist,air purification,pesticide spraying and industrial spraying.It is of great importance to study the charging performance of droplets,which is the basic content and the key link in the study of charged-spray technology.There are many factors that affect the charging performance of induction charged-spray,and the influence of various factors on the charging performance is not completely clear.At present,most of the researches are focused on conical spray,and the domestic and foreign scholars have not been able to study the performance of the dual fluid spray.In view of this,we designed a set of charged-spray test system to study the charging performance.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper introduces three kinds of common charged-spray methods,and focuses on the charging mechanism of induction charged-spray.The breaking mechanism of the charged droplet is analyzed based on the influence of the Coulomb force on the force balance of the droplet.It is proved that the existence of electrostatic field is beneficial to the atomization and breakup of droplets.In this paper,the method and formula for measuring the charge to mass ratio of droplets are introduced.Secondly,we set up the physical models of ring electrode and column electrode by using Ansoft Maxwell software,the induced electric field of two kinds of electrodes were simulated and the electric field distribution between the nozzle and the electrode were analyzed,using finite element analysis method.The influence of different electrode parameters on the electric field distribution is calculated by simulation,which provides theoretical support for the selection of electrode parameters and the influence on the charging performance.Finally,we designed a set of charged-spray test system to study the influence factors of conical spray and fan-shaped spray droplet charging performance,including the charge voltage,electrode parameter,gas-liquid flow and spray pressure,and the test results were analyzed.The study found that the relationship between droplet charge mass ratio and charge voltage or spray pressure is approximately linear;increasing distance between nozzle and electrodes in a certain range is conducive to enhancing the performance of charged droplets;increasing the gas-liquid flow ratio is conducive to the improvement of droplet mass ratio;increasing ring electrode diameter and column electrode distance will reduce the charge to mass ratio.
