The mixed resin of acrylic resin and epoxy resin were used as the matrix resin.The free radical photoinitiator and latent heat curing agent were added to the matrix resin to make UVheat dual curing system resin.The relationship between the machincal properties and the content of each part in the resin was studied.The UV-heat dual curing system resin was modified by the nano-SiO2 inorganic particles.The UV-heat dual curing system resin was coated on the glass fibre cloth in this article to carry out the simulated experiment in composite for 3D printing.It will provide a basis for composite materials for 3D printing.The results of this research were as follows.? The acrylic resin U-6282,diluent PPTTA and free radical photoinitiator TPO were mixed with different percentage to get free radical photosensitive resin.By analyzing the data of tensile,impact and bending test.When the proportion of the U-6282 and PPTTA was 1:1,the resin has the best comprehensive performance.And the elastic modulus,tensile strength,impact strength and bending strength were 294.9 MPa,11.96 MPa,2.06 MPa and 15.77 MPa respectively.Through the comprehensive analysis of the resin curing rate,curing thickness and other physical data,the best amount of the photoinitiator TPO was 4% of the free radical resin.? The epoxy resin S-186,E51 and MHR-070 were added into the free radical resin to make the UV-heat dual curing system resin.The mechanical properties waere affected by the content of each part of the resin.Studies have shown that the mechanical properties of the UVheat cured resin are much better than that of UV cured.So does the thermal stability.By increasing the epoxy resin content,the cure shrinkage rate decreased gradually.When the proportion of the acrylic resin and epoxy resin was 9:1 and the latent heat curing agent content was 4% of the epoxy resin,UV-heat dual curing system resin has the best comprehensive performance.And the performance of S-186 is better the other two.The best heat cured condition was 120 ? for 1 hour.? Nano-silicon dioxide?SiO2?which modified by silane coupling agent KH-570 was dispersed into the UV-heat dual curing system resin which had been added S-186.The relationship between the mechanical properties and nano-SiO2 content was studied.It was observed the modified nano-SiO2 was dispersed well in the resin by the SEM.Through the analysis of the mechanical property test,with the increase of the nano-SiO2 content,the elastic modulus,tensile strength,impact strength and bending strength of the UV-heat dual curing system resin were also increased.When the content of the nano-SiO2 got 0.6% of the resin,these datas reached the highest value which were 298.68 Mpa,9.49 MPa,27.82 MPa and 8.44 MPa,respectively.It also increased the thermal stability of the resin.The Thermal decomposition of the resin added nano-SiO2 was 428? which was 14.3? higher than the UVheat dual curing system resin.? UV-heat dual curing system resin which had been added S-186 was coated on the Glass fiber?GF?cloth modified by silane coupling agent KH-570 to make preimmersed composite cloth for 3D printing.Composite sheet was formed after UV-heat curing.From the mechanical test of the material,When the content of the GF cloth reached 50%,the comprehensive performance was the best.And the thermal stability mechanical properties were a little higher than the UV-heat dual curing system resin.This kind of means to make composites will provide a reliable method for composite material using 3D printing.
