Recently,with the transportation of crude oil leakage and industrial emissions of waste oil,oil pollution has become an increasing serious problem,so many researchers are currently studying green and pollution-free methods for oil-water separation.In this paper,the method of spraying and laser etching are used to construct the rough and micro nano-structure on the surface of stainless steel mesh to achieve underwater superoleophobicity and to be used for green oil-water separation.In this paper,the oilwater separation environment is analyzed for different kinds of superhydrophilic composite stainless steel mesh,and the theoretical formula of superhydrophilic/underwater superoleophobic stainless steel mesh is deduced.The following are main research results in this thesis:The superhydrophilic/underwater superoleophobic coating was prepared by spraying methods.Superhydrophilic/underwater superoleophobic pomelo peel powder coating can not only separate light oil,but also can separate heavy oil from water/oil mixture,but the cycle separation is not good.Pomelo peel powder coating has certain corrosion resistance,and it is used for oil pollution of less circulation and less oil pollution.Si O2 nanoparticles were prepared by sol-gel method.With the increasing of reaction temperature and the dosage of tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS),the size of Si O2 nanoparticles increased.The Si O2 nanoparticles were sprayed onto the surface of the stainless steel mesh to obtain superhydrophilic/underwater superoleophobic Si O2 coating,and it is used for the separation of oil and water.The oil/water separation efficiency of superhydrophilic/underwater superoleophobic silica coating was more than 97%,and the cycle separation is good.Silicon dioxide powder composite coating is used for oil pollution of less circulation and non-alkaline.The surface of stainless steel mesh is scanned with laser,and superhydrophilic/ underwater superoleophobic surface is obtained.This kind of surface has good antifriction and stripping performance.The superhydrophilic/underwater superoleophobic stainless steel mesh has 98% separation efficiency.The sample has good circulation stability and corrosion resistance.The superhydrophilic coating of laser processing is suitable for oil pollution of more circulations and harsh environment,such as alkali,and salt solution.The ×500 superhydrophilic/underwater superoleophobic stainless steel mesh is simplified,and the theoretical formula is derived for the superhydrophilic/underwater superoleophobic stainless steel mesh.The results of theoretical calculation are consistent with the results of experiment,which provides some guidance for the application of superhydrophilic/underwater superoleophobic coating in oil/water separation.This paper is written by spraying method and laser scanning,respectively,to prepare superhydrophilic/underwater superoleophobic stainless steel coating.The preparation of process is simple,low cost and pollution-free.The methods are green to effectively separate oil from water.
