| Multi-substituted spiro[cyclopropane-1,4’-pyrazolin-5’-one],spiro[cyclopropane-1,3’-indolin-2’-one] compounds are widely exist in nature,is a kind of nitrogen heterocyclic compound with significant biological activity,and has unique pharmacological properties.these compounds have good Antibacterial,antiepileptic,anti-oxidation,anti-virus,anti-aging,anti-tumor,anti-fungal,anti-malaria,anti-hiv,anti-influenza,anti-tuberculosis and anti-malarial and other biological activities.It is widely used in medicine and pesticides,as the "active" molecules in drug synthesis design,many heterocyclic drugs,biological drugs and pesticides skin class molecules that can see the figure of it.Vincristine,natural pyrethrin,leurocristine,sinofen,sunitinib and other drugs.The synthesis and pharmacological research of these compounds have aroused the widespread interesting of organic and medicinal chemists.In order to prepare the compounds with strong physiological activity of spiro[cyclopropane-1,4’-pyrazolin-5’-one],spiro[cyclopro pane-1,3’-indolin-2’-one] compounds,our research group studied the synthesis of these compounds by a multicomponent method of reaction.Multicomponent reactions(MCRs)has simple operation,reduce the separation and purification steps,a high efficiency and environmental friendly,in new drug design and synthesis,synthetic chemistry,pesticide research field and has important application value in natural product synthesis.This paper is divided into the following four chapters:1.The first chapter is the introduction part,introduces the research overview of the spirocyclopropane compounds,the purpose of this research,the research content and significance.2.In the second chapter,introduced the synthesis of spiro[cyclopropane-1,4’-pyrazolin-5’-one] derivatives catalyzed by DMAP.With pyrazolone,aromatic aldehyde and bromide acetic ester compounds as the starting material,in acetonitrile solvent with DMAP as catalyst,the synthesis of a series of multi-substituted spiro[cyclopropane-1,4’-pyrazolin-5’-one] derivatives via three-components one-pot reaction.3.The third chapter introduces the synthesis of spiro[cyclopropane-1,4’-pyrazolin-5’-one] compounds catalyzed by pyridine and Et3 N.With pyrazolone,aromatic aldehyde and α-bromine aromatic acetophenone as the starting material.the synthesis of a series of multi-substituted spiro[cyclopropane-1,4’-pyrazolin-5’-one] derivatives via three-components one-pot reaction.4.In the fourth chapter,introduced the synthesis of spiro[cyclopropane-1,3’-indolin-2’-one] compounds catalyzed by DABCO.With isatin,2-methyl pyridine(2-methyl pyrazine),α-bromine(chlorine)aromatic acetophenone as the starting material.the synthesis of a series of multi-substituted spiro[cyclopropane-1,3’-indolin-2’-one] derivatives via three-components one-pot reaction. |
