Because the dried fruit contains substances beneficial to human beings,and in recent years,people’s demand for dried fruit is on the rise,So this paper study the topic of dried fruit preservation.The improvement of dry fruit preservative technology can not only reduce the loss of dried fruit in the process of preservation,but also allow consumers to eat delicious dried fruit in the anti season.However,the domestic dry fruit fresh-keeping facilities: first,technology is generally backward,the cost is high and the efficiency is low;the second is that a considerable part of dried fruit is kept fresh with fresh fruits,which is not targeted.Aiming at this problem,this paper is entrusted with Xinjiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences’ s design and development of control system for dry fruit fumigation.Based on the analysis of the research status of dry fruit preservation at home and abroad,the preservation characteristics of fumigated gas were verified and the different control schemes were demonstrated,and the best control plan was selected.The control system of dry fruit gas fumigation is mainly composed of four parts: information collection system,processing system,execution system and configuration monitoring.The control mode of this design selects the DDC mode,forms the control core of CPU 224 PLC,through the detection of the gas concentration in the fumigating tank,the temperature in the tank and the gas pressure information inside the tank,and controls the various executing agencies of the fumigation control system;A mathematical model of control system is established,and SIMULINK is modeled through MATLAB,and fuzzy PID algorithm is added to optimize the control system to get better control effect;The software of Kingview 6.55 is selected as the configuration software of this control system,and the configuration monitoring picture is set up to realize the system monitoring and the output of the data report;In addition,by using the single variable control method,the control group is designed to find the most suitable control parameters for the fresh-keeping requirements.The designed control system is advanced in technology,high in reliability,convenient in operation,accurate in control and low in cost.It meets people’s higher requirements for the control system of dry fruit preservation,and has a strong competitiveness in the industry. |
