The high-end CNC machine tools as a mainstream direction of the made in China 2025"strategic task,its design and processing capacity will directly affect the development of manufacturing technology.For the purpose of this paper in order to improve the machine tool geometric accuracy,analyzing the machine tool accuracy from comprehensive error and the error distribution,accomplishing the various geometric error measurement and compensation.This paper take the five-axis-boring milling machining center as research objects,analyzing the factor in the machine precision and element of geometric error,using the theory of multi-body system and standard homogeneous coordinate transformation to build geometric error model of the machining center,and according to the small house to simplify it.It can provide theoretical basis for machine tool geometric error compensation.Setting up a geometric error comprehensive analysis model uses the sample of three-axis machine tool.In view of direct matrix differential method constructs the whole machine sensitivity model,obtaining the sensitivity coefficient as the machine tool accuracy distribution weights to complete the accuracy of the initial distribution.Optimizing the initial accuracy with the NSGA2 multi-objective genetic algorithm and completing the accuracy distribution finally.Lying a foundation of high-grade CNC machine tool accuracy distribution.By using MATLAB GUI to completing the software development of common machine tool geometric error comprehensive analysis.Forming a set of error modeling,data processing,error analysis and error compensation analysis system.Measuring the YZ-straigtness error and the Z-axis positioning error by using the Renishaw Laser interferometer.According to the results,achieving geometric error compensation by modifying the NC code,and the experimental data showing that the compensation method can effectively reduce the geometric error,improve the machining compensation method can effectively reduce the geometric error,improve the machining accuracy during the measuring process.
