In recent years,with the development of automobile industry,more and more textiles are used for automobile inter ior decoration.In order to meet the requirements of safety,good coating and other special properties of the automotive industry,besides meet the flame retardant properties of automotive textiles,but also need to have other functions to meet the needs of production,such as water and oil repellency and comfort performance.The purpose of this paper is to satisfy the fact that warp knitted spacer fabric can form good adhesion and cladding property together with leather in automobile plastic door panel,making binder molecules can stay on the surface of space fabric without leakage,so the water repellent and oil repellent finishing of the spacer fabric is necessary.By using the method of mathematical statistics to analyze the main and secondary factors in the process of finishing,to find the best finishing process of flame-retardant and water and oil repellent one-bath finishing,which expected to achieve good flame-retardant and water and oil repellent performance to meet the cladding requirements of automotive inter ior.In this paper,ammonium sulfate flame retardant(CWF)and liquid repellent reagent of fluorinated acrylate copolymer(CP-C)were used to finish polyester warp knitted spacer fabric by impregnation and roasting.In order to filter out the optimal finishing process,the single factor experiments was used to research separate flame retardant finishing and separate water and oil repellent finishing,which are flame retardant concentration,waterproofing agent concentration,setting temperature and setting time.On this basis,the spacer fabrics was finished with three different ways,which are flame-retardant finishing after water and oil repellent,water and oil repellent finishing after flame-retardant,one bath finishing of flame-retardant and water and oil repellent,researching the difference of flame-retardant and water and oil repellent of warp knitted polyester fabric after one-bath finishing and two-bath finishing test.The results show that two ways of flame-retardant after water and oil repellent and one bath finishing of flame-retardant and water and oil repellent can achieve better flame-retardant and water and oil repellent property at the same time,but water and oil repellent after flame-retardant can not achieve better flame-retardant and water and oil repellent property at the same time.Based on the feasibility of one bath finishing method of space fabrics,four factors and three levels orthogonal experiments were carried out for finding the final finishing process,which are flame-retardant concentration,waterproofing agent concentration,setting temperature and setting time.At the same time,the research on flame-retardant,water and oil repellency,mechanical property and contact angle were carried out when the spacer fabric was finished.Through the analysis and comparison of the experimental results,the optimal finishing process can be obtained.According to the factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,the optimal finishing process was as follows: flame-retardant concentration 50 g/L,waterproofing agent concentration 50 g/L,setting temperature 180 ? and setting time 120 s.The level of flame retardant can reach the standard SE level.The effectiveness of water repellent can reach 90 points.The level of oil repellent can reach grade 4.And the mechanical properties of the fabric were great.
