With the development of medical science and technology, more and more drugs are being developed and produced. The antibiotic waste water with strong toxicity and difficult degradation has become a difficult problem for water pollution treatment.Amoxicillin,a personal care medicine, has a wide range of applications. But it does not degrade well and makes it a contaminant to the environment.Based on the experience of previous researchers, this paper synthesizes graphene titania nanotubes composites using Titanium Dioxide Nanotubes?TNT?and graphene, which greatly improves the photocatalytic efficiency of synthetic materials. In this dissertation, the physical properties of the composites were characterized by means of UV-visible spectrophotometer,X-ray diffractometer,Fourier infrared spectroscopy,N2isothermal adsorption and desorption, and high resolution electron microscope. In this thesis, the photocatalytic degradation of amoxicillin was performed using TNT and GN-TNT complexes.Through the analysis of long-term experimental results, the following conclusions are drawn:1.Using graphite oxide and titania nanotubes as the carbonand and titanium precursor respectively, graphene titanium dioxide nanotubes?GN-TNT?were successfully synthesized by the hydrothermal method.2.Under the irradiation of near-ultraviolet light, amoxicillin was degraded by the graphene titanium nano-composites.And this demonstrated graphene titanium nanotubes have powerful photo-degradation ability.3.Differences in objective indicators such as the concentration of antibiotics, the proportion of graphene used, the degree of addition of the catalyst, the pH value, and the temperature of the experiment all interfere with the results. The lower the amoxicillin antibiotic concentration, the higher the degree of degradation. The greater the proportion of graphene used, the higher the degree of photo-degradation.The highest degree of degradation occurs when the ratio of graphene is 10%.However,when the graphene use ratio is increased again, the degradation degree is weakened. The optimal dosage of graphene is 0.1 g L-1.The optimal experimental temperature is 35°C.When the experimental environment is alkaline, photolysis of amoxicillin is best, and the optimal pH is around 9.4.In the experiment,by adding different capture agents,it is known that holes are the main active substance in the process of photocatalytic degradation of amoxicillin.
