With the rapid development of urbanization in China,the discharge of a large amount of domestic sewage has made urban rivers seriously polluted,and more and more rivers have been in a black-smelly state for a long time.Ecological security of urban water environment is seriously threatened.Black-odor River has become the most outstanding problem to be solved at present.In-situ aeration technology in black-odor river can improve the dissolved oxygen in water body.And the operation and maintenance of it is simple relatively and there is no secondary pollution,so the In-situ aeration technology is widely used.In the meantime,Because of the inexpensive cost,simple operation and the good effect on ecological security of urban water environment,the microbiological technology is not only used in aquaculture,it is also getting more and more attention in the treatment and ecological restoration of black-odor river.In this research,it is proposed to combine aeration technology with microbiological technology,and the black and smelly sediment and overlying water in Gailanxi River of chongqing Yubei District were studied.It is mainly consisted of two parts:1.It discusses the effect of different dosage of microorganism agent on the changes of overlying water quality index in the same aeration condition;2.It discusses the different influence of the overlying water aeration alone or compounded with sediment on the changes of water quality index of water quality index in overlying water.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:?1?According to the variation of each index of overlying water under different dosage of microorganism,under the condition of 24h cycle and 4h aeration every day,the experimental group with the dosage of 2ml/L was the best.Inside,the reduction rate of NH4+-N can reach 90%.The dosage of 0.5 ml/L almost had no effect on overlying water.The dosage of 5ml/L microorganism agents may be easy to increase organic load in overlying water and cause a substantial increase in TN and so forth.?2?By observing the index of overlying water changes over time,the addition of microbial agents can rapidly and effectively degrade the pollutants such as NH4+-N in the overlying water.However,the sediment releases pollutants to the water continuously and the concentration of pollutants in the water would rebound as the time change.The frequency of adding one time of 3d can quickly restore the water body of black and smelly water.?3?The removal rate of NH4+-N and TN by aeration in overlying alone was much higher than that mixed with sediment at 2ml/L.But the aeration mixed with sediment is more conducive to promoting the oxidation action of Fe2+and S2-in overlying water,and it can better inhibit the release of TP.Therefore,choosing the appropriate aeration mode aimed at the special feature of polluted water is helpful to the treatment and restoration of black-odor river in the city.
