With the advancement of China Manufacturing 2025,China's machine tool manufacturers have made great progress in machine tool failure data collection and failure data analysis through technological innovation,and laid a foundation for the improvement of the diagnostic capabilities of machine tool fault diagnosis expert systems.The diagnostic ability of the machine tool fault diagnosis expert system is related to the richness of knowledge in the fault diagnosis knowledge base.The richer the knowledge in the knowledge base,the stronger the fault diagnosis ability.However,the knowledge of machine tool fault diagnosis is dynamic and it amount is large,making it difficult for machine tool manufacturing companies to manage them efficiently.For this reason,this paper takes the machine tool fault diagnosis knowledge as the research object,studies the expansion method and technologies of the machine tool fault diagnosis knowledge,and designs and realizes the prototype of the machine tool fault diagnosis knowledge expansion platform.Firstly,this paper analyzes the problems in the knowledge expansion management of machine tool fault diagnosis,analyzes the demands of the knowledge expansion of machine fault diagnosis based on the existing problems,and then analyzes the knowledge expansion methods for machine tool fault diagnosis,and designs the operation of the machine tool fault diagnosis knowledge expansion platform.The model and architecture analyze the important supporting technologies for the knowledge expansion of machine fault diagnosis,and analyzes the key technologies of machine tool fault diagnosis knowledge expansion and platform implementation technologies.Secondly,this paper studies the key technologies of the five aspects of machine tool fault diagnosis knowledge expansion,studies knowledge model building technologies for different types of machine tool fault diagnosis knowledge representation models,and studies how to effectively expand fault diagnosis examples into the knowledge base.Research on fault diagnosis knowledge collection technology for distributed machine tools,study of machine tool fault diagnosis knowledge application technology,study of machine tool fault diagnosis knowledge storage technology.Thirdly,this paper researches the realization technology of machine tool knowledge expansion platform,studies the overall framework of the machine tool fault diagnosis knowledge expansion platform,researches the realization technology of machine tool fault diagnosis knowledge expansion based on OWLAPI,and studies the Servicer-side implementation technologies of machine tool fault diagnosis knowledge expansion platform.To study the Web-side implementation technologies of the machine tool fault diagnosis knowledge expansion platform.Finally,this paper builds the prototype system of the machine tool fault diagnosis knowledge expansion platform,introduces the hardware and software environment of the prototype development of the machine tool fault diagnosis knowledge expansion platform,and the knowledge model construction function of the knowledge expansion platform prototype,knowledge instance extension function,distributed machine tool fault diagnosis knowledge collection function and knowledge application function were verified.
