There are many?,?-unsaturated carbonyl compounds and they are widely used.It has a good reaction performance,is an important organic synthesis intermediates,is widely used in food,medicine,pesticides,spices and other fields.This article includes two parts:K2CO3-promoted dehydrogenation of carbonyl compounds under air conditions and DBU-promoted dehydrogenation of carbonyl compounds by BrCCl3.By studying the results of an accidental experiment,a method for the dehydrogenation of carbonyl compounds promoted by air as the oxidant and cheap inorganic base was developed.The green reaction of dehydroaromatization of cyclohex-2-enone was achieved.The reaction may have undergone a free radical way.This method smoothly achieves the dehydrogenation of chromanone,but the tetrahydroquinolin-4-one derivative is difficult to dehydrogenate by this method.In view of the above method can not achieve dehydrogenation of tetrahydroquinolin-4-one,further study found that the combination of DBU and CBrCl3 can efficiently achieve the dehydrogenation reaction of carbonyl compounds,using this method can be easily obtained?,?-not Saturated carbonyl derivatives,mild reaction conditions,high yield,wide range of substrates,simple ketone,cyclohex-2-enone,chromanone,tetrahydroquinolin-2-one,beta-amino ester can work.
