Glass production is a high energy consumption industry,in which the energy consumption of glass furnace accounts for more than 80% of the energy consumption of the whole plant,and its energy cost accounts for more than 50% of the total production cost.As the core equipment of glass production,glass furnace is the "heart" of the enterprise.Its universal thermal insulation measures are not reasonable,the backward operation technology and imperfect energy management cause serious energy loss.Therefore,it is very important to quantitatively analyze the details of energy flow loss in key energy consumption link of glass furnace,and to establish energy consumption model and local energy consumption benchmark is the prerequisite to perfect energy management.In recent years has also attracted the attention of more and more scholars.Although some scholars have studied the thermal balance of glass furnaces,they have not considered the details of energy flow loss estimation of glass furnaces in multiple combustion process cycles.The local energy consumption benchmarking is not combined with the glass furnace energy consumption model to optimize its process planning in order to achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction of the glass furnace.At present,the research on the energy consumption benchmark of glass furnace is obviously insufficient.In this thesis,a kind of horseshoe flame glass furnace is taken as the research object.In order to establish the local energy consumption benchmarking of glass furnace and set the energy saving target of corresponding process stage.Firstly,through the quantitative analysis of material flow and energy flow of furnace body,the glass furnace system is divided into three key modules,which are closely related combustion space,melting pool and storage chamber,and energy consumption calculation models are established respectively.Then,based on the energy consumption model,a local benchmarking management method is proposed and applied to the real case study of horseshoe flame glass furnace.Finally,the concrete measures for energy saving optimization of horseshoe flame glass furnace are given.The research work of this thesis is as follows:1?In view of the material and energy flow structure of the long process of horseshoe flame glass furnace,the composition,process flow and working principle of furnace system are deeply understood and understood.The combustion process and melting process characteristics of the furnace system are analyzed,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the energy consumption modeling of horseshoe flame glass furnace.2?By analyzing the process and energy flow of horseshoe glass furnace,a new idea of layered modeling of horseshoe glass furnace is proposed.On the basis of this innovative structural partition model theory,The three stage structure of the small furnace to combustion space,the combustion space to the melting pool and the combustion space to the regenerator room,and the detail analysis of the energy consumption process is carried out step by step.Based on the methods of material conservation and heat balance analysis,the energy consumption models of combustion space,melting tank and heat storage chamber in horseshoe flame glass furnace are established respectively.3?Based on the energy consumption model of horseshoe flame glass furnace,a local energy consumption benchmarking management framework with three-level structure is proposed.First of all,the energy consumption components of the key modules of the glass furnace are analyzed in detail and the average energy consumption of different process stages is calculated.Then the efficiency of local energy consumption benchmarking is analyzed according to the energy consumption of the key modules and the percentage of energy waste in the glass furnace.It provides abundant theory and method support for seeking the value space of energy saving potential of glass furnace.Combined with the above research,and combined with the actual working conditions of the enterprise,according to the analysis results of partial energy consumption benchmarks of horseshoe flame glass furnace,some energy saving and optimization measures for horseshoe flame glass furnace are put forward,which provides important basis for enterprises to set practical goals and take energy conservation and consumption reduction work.
