The combustion products of sulfide in gasoline is a major source of air pollution,acid rain and photochemical smog.And sulfide has a serious toxic effect on the catalyst in the vehicle exhaust gas purifier,indirectly aggravating environmental pollution.Compared with other desulfurization technology,photocatalytic oxidative desulfurization has become the focus of research on the deep desulfurization of fuel oil in recent years because of its high desulfurization rate,mild reaction conditions,no need of hydrogen,and no change in the octane number of gasoline.?1?Photocatalysts were synthesized by impregnation method,they were denoted as X%TiO2/SBA-15 and DCQ-X%TiO2/SBA-15.Instrumental analysis methods such as BET,XRD,FT-IR and UV-vis were applied to characterize the physical and chemical properties of photocatalyst.The influencing of photocatalytic oxidation desulfurization performance on model oil by photocatalyst was conducted.After loading the DCQ molecular,the spectral response range of photocatalyst was broaden.Results showed that the optimum reaction conditions for the reaction system:catalyst dosage:0.45%;10 mL of acetonitrile;O/S molar ratio:20;reaction time:90 min.Under above conditions,the DBT removal of model oil was100%.?2?Photocatalysts were synthesized by hydro-thermal method,they were denoted as MPc/TiO2,TCMPc/TiO2,TNMPc/TiO2 and TAMPc/TiO2?M=Cu,Fe,Co?.Instrumental analysis methods such as SEM,XRD,and UV-vis were applied to characterize the physical and chemical properties of photocatalysts.The influencing of photocatalytic oxidation desulfurization performance on model oil by photocatalysts was conducted.After loading the MPc molecular,the spectral response range of photocatalysts was broaden.Results showed that the optimum reaction conditions for the reaction system:catalyst dosage:0.6%;10 mL of acetonitrile;O/S molar ratio:20;reaction time:180 min.Under above conditions,the DBT removal of model oil was 94%.The effect of center metal ions and the substituent on photocatalytic activity was studied.The results show that the center ion effect on catalyst activity is associated with valence electron configuration of metal ion.Electro-withdrawing groups substituent make the activity improved,and electro-donating groups make the activity decreased.The catalyst showed better performance of recycling and the activity can still reach80%after using 5 times.
