| Pipeline transportation has become the fifth transportation method after roads,railways,water transport and aviation,and it is playing an increasingly important role.Globally,the concept of pipe network is becoming more and more popular.With the continuous laying of oil and gas transmission pipe networks,the demand for large-scale pipe fittings continues to grow.At the same time,the industry has also put forward higher requirements for the quality of large pipe fittings.As an important technical indicator,the ovality of the pipe end has a direct influence on the welding process between the pipe and the pipe.However,due to fluctuations in the forming process and material properties and other undesirable factors in the production process,the ellipticity of the pipe ends is often exceeded,and therefore it must be subjected to rounding treatment.Whether it is the traditional full-round rounding or rounding rounding,it all relies heavily on large presses and it is difficult to meet the new requirements for flexible multi-site rounding.Therefore,major manufacturers are in urgent need of a large pipe end-rounder that is easy to move and has a high level of automation and intelligence.Firstly,based on the plane bending elastic complex equation,this paper analyzes the overall flattening process of round billets.The MATLAB GUI-based complex expansion and analysis module for billet expansion flat shell is established,and the flattening process is simulated numerically.The linear relationship between ellipticity and the required forming force and relative deformation after unloading of the tube provides a basis for the intelligent control strategy of the inner expansion-bending rounding process.Secondly,according to the principle of mechanical design and the principle of hydraulic transmission,a complete structural scheme of the rounder body and a hydraulic control system scheme were designed.At the same time,a detailed introduction was given and the main components were checked and calculated.The results showed that All meet the engineering requirements.Finally,an intelligent control hardware system for large pipe fittings with industrial computer and PLC as control hardware and laser displacement sensors as measuring components was built,and a large pipe fittings intelligent control software system based on LabVIEW was developed,and the hardware system and software were developed.The systems come together.Physical experiments show that the straightening machine is easy to move and has good stability,and it basically achieves automation and intelligent control. |
