As one of the core equipments in the modern steel industry,strip mills play a decisive role in modern steel production.However,the vibration problem of rolling mills severely restricts the quality of rolling products and the improvement of production efficiency.In order to obtain the strategy of effectively suppressing the mill vibration,to ensure the stability of the rolling mill system and to improve the quality of the rolled product? This paper takes the secondary cold-rolling unit of a factory as the object.Analyze the dynamic rolling force in the rolling mill,the nonlinear elastic constraints of the hydraulic cylinder,the physical mechanism of the nonlinear friction of the hydraulic cylinder,and the dynamic expression;based on the generalized Lagrangian principle,the actual structure of the secondary cold rolling mill.For this vertical 8 degree-of-freedom dynamics model,the analytical solution of the model is obtained using the average method,and the mill is analyzed under the influence of different nonlinear factors such as the nonlinear spring force of the hydraulic cylinder,the nonlinear friction force of the hydraulic cylinder,and the dynamic rolling force.The characteristics of the time domain response,and the characteristics of changes in the rolling mill response characteristics when rolling process parameters change.Through a series of theoretical studies and experimental verification work,it was found that the secondary cold rolling mill system simulation model built with consideration of non-linear factors can more realistically reflect the actual physical state of the rolling mill system? The theoretical analysis and simulation of the relevant rolling process parameters such as hydraulic cylinder oil cylinder height,roll diameter,rolling speed,reduction ratio,tension,etc.,obtained the change rule of the dynamic response characteristics of the rolling mill system when these parameters change,and can be used as different Specifications of the strip rolling process for reference.
