Study On Preparation Technology Of Fire Retardant Particle Board With Recyled Wood

The improvement of living standards,particleboard because of its high strength,low cost,wide application in people's life more and more,in recent years,national protection of the raw material of wood material,use waste wood preparation particieboard helps to reduce the shortage of raw material under the trend of stress.However,because the particleboard belongs to flammable material,it is of great significance to fire retardant treatment and improve the security of people's life.In this paper,the flame retardant particleboard was prepared from waste wood as raw material,the method of adding flame retardant and the preparation process parameters were studied.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)to recycled wood shavings as raw material,take different levels of hot-pressing pressure,hot-pressing temperature,hot-pressing time,single factor experiment,it is concluded that preparation of ordinary particieboard is best hot-pressing process parameters for the thermal pressure 2.8 MPa,the hot-pressing temperature is 180?,the hot-pressing time 18 s/mm.(2)With Carbamide,Dicyandiamide,formaldehyde,phosphate mole ratio of 1:1:2:2formula in the laboratory preparation of flame retardant UDFP amino resins,study different ways of flame retardants add effect the performance of the plate,the results show that flame retardant directly dealing with shavings its physical mechanical properties and flame retardant performance is better than that of flame retardants add mix glue mixed with adhesives and flame retardant coat on the surface of these two kinds of flame retardant treatment.(3)The flame retardant addition method of flame retardant treatment of wood shavings,flame retardant addition amount,the amount of adhesive added,the water content ratio of the slab,the orthogonal test,the mechanical properties of the prepared flame-retardant particleboard Performance and flame retardant properties.The optimal process for the preparation of flame-retarded chipboard was analyzed.The optimum process was obtained by orthogonal test extreme analysis:15%addition of flame retardant,9%,12%addition of core surface adhesive,and water content of slab 8%,hot pressing pressure 2.8MPa,hot pressing temperature 180~oC,hot pressing time 18s/mm.
