At present,the domestic and foreign sewage treatment plant treatment process is dominated by the activated sludge method,the microorganism activity in this process may change with temperature and pH fluctuations,resulting in the system water quality in some parts of the time is not up to standard.The application of the target microorganism technology can effectively solve the above problems.Its preparation conditions are simple,it has less harm to the integrity and activity of the cells,better permeability,and can provide better material metabolism channels for microorganisms,but how to prepare one The microbially embedded carrier material is still a major technical problem.The carrier material should have the target microorganism immobilized therein under mild,non-toxic and biocompatible conditions.The microbial metabolites can be transferred and exchanged through the carrier material micropores and the environment,thereby realizing the metabolism of microorganisms,and the growth and reproduction of the microorganisms.set.In this paper,based on calcium alginate microcapsules,a layer of microgels with temperature and pH response was added outside the capsule wall to form calcium alginate microcapsules with intelligent response of temperature and pH,and through microcapsules.Characterization experiments,single-factor experiments and diffusion experiments were carried out to study the preparation process and properties of microcapsules.The following conclusions were obtained:(1)Preparation of NaCS-PDMDAAC microcapsules,the preparation conditions of sodium cellulose sulfate is more complex,and the degree of substitution and the degree of adhesion are not easy to control.Therefore,the alignment of other microcapsule materials is performed.(2)Intelligent double-responsive calcium alginate microcapsules The main components are the internal calcium alginate microcapsules and the external pH and temperature-responsive microgel layers.The internal components are sodium alginate solution and calcium chloride solution,and the external components are acrylic acid(AAC),isopropyl acrylamide(NIPAM),N,N Methylenebisacrylamide(BIS),ammonium persulfate(APS),tetramethylethylenediamine(TEMEDA),sodium bisulfite(SBS).Single factor experiments showed that the mass concentration of sodium alginate solution was 2%,the mass concentration of calcium chloride solution was 5%,and the drop height of the syringe was 8 cm.At this time,the calcium alginate microcapsules formed better.Acrylic acid concentration is 3%,isopropyl acrylamide mass concentration is 2%,N,N The mass concentration of methylenebisacrylamide was 0.3 ‰,the mass concentration of ammonium persulfate was 0.4‰,the volume percentage of tetramethylethylenediamine was 1.8 ‰,the mass concentration of sodium bisulfite was 0.4 ‰,and the external pH was It is better to form a temperature-responsive microgel layer.(3)Characterization of calcium alginate microcapsules The experimental results show that both the temperature response and the pH response are independent and interrelated.The microcapsules are a kind of microbial material with a three-dimensional network structure,which can be used for the growth and metabolism of later microorganisms,provide conditions.(4)Diffusion test results of embedded dexamethasone acetate microcapsules showed that the smart double response alginate microcapsules had better mass transfer than the blank group calcium alginate microcapsules,while the smart double response alginate microcapsules could pass Changes in the temperature and pH of the surrounding solution will also change the pores of the solution,which can effectively control the mass transfer effect.By studying the preparation process and diffusion properties of the intelligent dual-response calcium alginate microcapsules,the rules of the change of the pores of the microcapsules with changes in temperature and pH and the optimum technological formula for the preparation of the microcapsules are known,for the subsequent use of the microcapsules.Embedding microorganisms in the treatment of nitrogen-containing wastewater laid a technical and theoretical foundation.
