Coal cinder is a large number of small particle cinder produced in the process of pyrolysis of coal oil and coal chemical raw materials,the large accumulation of these coal cinder not only occupied the land but also caused the waste of resources,and people have no efficient and reasonable utilization way to use it at present.In order to achieve the purpose of eliminating waste and improving environmental pollution.In this paper,three kinds of modified coal chemical coal cinder adsorbents were prepared from coal chemical coal cinder as raw materials,including nitrate,potassium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide were used as chemical modifier for the chemical modification;microwave modification of the physical method for microwave irradiation;The loading method of impregnation-roasting was used to load manganese.By comparing the adsorption effects of each group,the best modifier for chemical modification is nitric acid solution with mass concentration of 20%.The optimum condition for microwave modification is 10min of microwave power 480W modification time and the best solution is impregnated with supported manganese concentration of 0.5%solution of Potassium Permanganate.The adsorption performance of coal cinder,chemical modified cinder and microwave modified coal cinder on MB and Cr(?)simulated wastewater and the adsorption performance of Mn-cinder to MB simulated wastewater were investigated by static test.The adsorption experiment results showed that the adsorption process of raw coal cinder,chemical modified cinder,microwave modified cinder and loaded manganese coal cinder conforms to the Lagergren two level adsorption kinetic model and Freundlich adsorption isothermal model.The saturated adsorption capacity of MB is 5.515 mg/g,9.64 mg/g,7.559 mg/g and 13.16 mg/g,respectively,with the original cinder,chemical modified cinder,microwave modified cinder and loaded Mn cinder;The saturated adsorption of Cr(?)by the original cinder,chemical modified cinder and microwave modified coal cinder were 5.303mg/g,8.397mg/g and 7.305mg/g respectively,therefore,under the experimental conditions,the adsorption effect of coal cinder after chemical modification,microwave modification and manganese loading is improved.SEM,BET,XRD and FTIR were used to analyze and characterize the original coal cinder,chemical modified cinder,microwave modified coal cinder and loaded manganese coal cinder adsorbent.The specific surface area,porosity and pore structure,material composition and internal structure or morphology of the coal cinder adsorbent before and after chemical modification were analyzed and compared.The analysis results show that the modified coal cinder is larger than the surface area,the pore structure is improved,the network structure is obvious,the pore size and Kong Rong also become larger,the surface structure and material change,the characteristic peak strength of the adsorption and the absorption spectrum band widen,so the coal cinder sucks under these joint action.The attached properties have been improved obviously.
