China's oil and natural gas resources are severely depleted.Coal is a major energy source and has made tremendous contributions to China's development and social progress.But at the same time,it has also caused tremendous damage to the environment.To reduce the pressure on our country's oil imports,it is necessary to reduce Ranked coal is highly efficient,clean,and graded for development and utilization.In this paper,pyrolysis coke-supported catalysts were prepared by a low-temperature plasma modification method to increase the cracking efficiency of tar produced in the pyrolysis process of coal,thereby preparing more flammable gases.In the experiment,a two-stage furnace connection method was adopted.Coal samples were placed in a pyrolysis furnace and the catalyst was placed in a secondary cracking furnace.The pyrolysis product in the first furnace passed through the secondary furnace and cracked under the action of the catalyst.Generate more flammable gas.Firstly,pyrolytic cokes with different final temperatures(450?,550?,650?,and 750?)were prepared to study the effect of pyrolysis cokes of different final temperatures on the pyrolysis products.The results showed that the final temperature was 75?.The decoking effect is best.The pyrolytic cokes with different heating rates(10?/min,15?/mm,and 20?/min)are prepared.The effect of pyrolysis cokes with different heating rates on pyrolysis products is studied.The results show that:The pyrolysis coke has a good heating rate of 20?/min;Then,a supported pyrolytic coke with nickel loading of 5%was prepared and modified with a plasma to study different modified gases(O2,N2,Ar,gas flow rate of 40 ml/min),and modified power(30W,40W,50W),modification time(1min,3min,5min)on the pyrolysis products,the results show that the use of 02 modification,the modified power of 40W,the modification time of 5min,the cracking effect of tar Best,the highest yield of pyrolysis gas;On this basis,the effect of pyrolysis cokes with different nickel loadings(5%,8%,and 10%)on the pyrolysis products was studied.The results show that the catalyst with a loading of 5%is better than other loads.Finally,a bimetallic supported pyrolysis catalyst with cobalt loadings of(3%,5%,and 8%)was prepared on the basis of a pyrolysis coke with a nickel loading of 5%.The results showed that the best cobalt loading was 8%.
