In this paper,the ventilation effect in the heading face using controlled circulation ventilation technology will be studied by means of numerical simulation test.At the same time,the economy of its application is predicted and evaluated.The main contents include the foundation of controlled circulation ventilation technology,the theory of controlled circulation ventilation in the heading face,the foundation of numerical simulation test,the numerical simulation,test and the application design of the controllable circulating ventilation technology in the heading face.The controlled circulation ventilation technology can be used to solve the difficulty of ventilation in mine,optimize the mine ventilation system,improve the operating environment in mine,and achieve the purpose of "Veducing the cost and increasing efficiency" for the mining enterprises.The controlled circulation ventilation technology has been developed mature.If we want to make it widely used in low gas coal mines,we must continue to study it to improve its safety and reliability.Through the study of the ventilation in the heading face by method of the fluid mechanics and the numerical simulation parameters have been reasonable setted,the test results with high accuracy can be obtained.The application effect of controlled circulation ventilation technology can be observed more intuitively by using numerical simulation test.Based on the results of experimental data of Macun mine,the numerical simulation test of controlled circulation ventilation techonlogy in the heading face is carried out.It shows that the use of controlled circulation ventilation can increase the air volume of the working face,and it is beneficial to discharge gas and dust in the working face at the same time,thus improving the working face climate.The analysis of application design also shows that the mine will achieve significant economic benefits after the controlled circulation ventilation technology is applied in the heading face.
