Ning tiaota coal mine is located in the southern district of Shenfu mining area Ning tiao ta within the scope of the field,the south wing of the field east 2-2 coal seam average mining thickness of 7.3m.Coal seam roof is given priority to with thick sandstone,rock strength is high,the thickness is big,it is hard to collapse roof,fully mechanized coal facemining process has a strong periodic pressure,and pressure has obvious ynamicphenomenon,especially during the end of the face mining often cause support equipment damage,ndanger personal safety and other malignant accidents,but at present for this kind of condition of roof pressure control research is not enough.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the hydraulic fracturing pressure relief technology of the mainwithdrawing channel in Ning tiaota coal mine.Based on the elastic theory and fracture theory,the hydraulic fracturing cracking and expansion process of intact continuous hard rock mass is studied in this paper,so as to determine the hydraulic fracturing cracking and expansion pressure and direction.The finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate and analyze the stress distribution characteristics and crack opening and propagation law of the surrounding rock of the drilling section under different in-situ stress and drilling conditions,and the reasonable parameters of directional hydraulic fracturing roof control for Caragana coal mine and similar roof geological conditions are put forward.On this basis,through the hydraulic fracturing field test and systematic pressure monitoring in the main withdrawal channel during the final mining of s 1229 working face,the law of pressure behavior in the main withdrawal channel during the final mining of working face after hydraulic fracturing pressure relief is studied.The research results have a strong practical significance and application value for fully mechanized coal face hard roof caving in time,reducing the mine pressure strength of the main withdrawal channel during the final mining of the face,and improving the management level of hard and difficult roof caving and dynamic pressure roadway in China.
