In order to realize the unified integration of the subsystems of the coal mine integrated automation system,the data information of the field equipment should be transmitted to the corresponding workstation in real time.At the same time,the real-time,stability and security of the data must be guaranteed.The most important thing is to solve the problem of the current equipment communication and capacity.With the advanced OPC communication technology,each production subsystem of the mine is connected to the coal mine integrated automation platform through the unified data access standard,which can realize the accurate,real-time,safe and stable collection of the front end data of each production subsystem.The paper first analyzes the phenomenon of "information isolated island" and data heterogeneity commonly existing in coal mine,and puts forward the solution of unified data standard,and then studies the four main current exchange modes(file exchange,database access,dynamic database,OPC),and combines the research direction of data standards at home and abroad.OPC mode is selected to realize data acquisition.In this paper,a coal mine integrated automation system based on OPC data acquisition technology is designed,which can realize data collection of each subsystem.Then,taking the international leading Wonderware software platform as an example,the application of OPC technology in the coal mine comprehensive automation system is studied.The model of the main shaft hoisting system is taken as the model and FactorySuite is adopted.The Gateway software platform builds the OPC server,creates the OPC client through the ArchestA IDE development environment,and realizes the communication between the OPC client and the server.This design is applied to a coal mine information construction,realizing the target of each subsystem data access.Through the Intouch monitoring client display interface,the real-time data of each subsystem is displayed,so that the operator can intuitively grasp the production situation in the central dispatching room,and finally summarize the research of this paper.The great prospect of OPC technology in the field of industrial control is expected.
