In the 30104 working face recovery of Hang Lai Wan coal mine,because of the influence of super strong support pressure,the strength of mine pressure is more intense,and ventilation tunnel deformation is very serious.The largest deformation quantity amount to 500mm in the 5m range of the side of the working face,which seriously affects the safety production of the working face.According to the above issues,paper completed the testing of physical and mechanical parameters of rock on 30104 mechanized face.The study Get the support pressure lateral harmful effects of band width(about 22m)and the width(about 3.7m?7.4m)of plastic zone of pillar by theoretical analysis and calculation.And the tress of coal pillar is 14.08MPa when the coal pillar mining influenced by both sides of mechanical face.According to measurement of mine pressure,the influence distance of lead support pressure caused by mining is about 45m on 30104 mechanized face.The leading surface displacement of channel produced in the Glue transport trough,auxiliary haulage channel and contact channel begins to increase from 40 to 50m ahead of the mechanical face(Clearly enlarged area is about 20 to 45m).The peak value of the loading speed of the single prop in the channel is in the range of 10?20m in front of the mechanized face.Combined with the numerical simulation analysis,it is concluded that the peak value of the support pressure and the influence range are related to the span length of the mined out area.When the coal mine goaf area span is less than 140m,the peak value of support pressure around the coal mining goaf area increases with the increase of the span,and the distance between the general peak position and the coal wall is 7-13m;When the coal mine goaf area span is less than 80m,the incidence of support pressure around the coal mining goaf area increases with the increase of the span;When the span of mined out area reaches 80m,the incidence of support pressure reaches a maximum(80m);When the span of mined out area is more than 80m,the influence range of support pressure shrinks gradually;When the span of mined out area is more than 140m,the incidence of support pressure is 60m.The numerical simulation analysis also shows that in the narrow coal pillar category,the decrease of the width of the pillar will reduce the peak bearing pressure on the pillar,when the width of the pillar is less than 10m,the peak bearing pressure on the coal pillar in the goaf side of the goaf will become less than the value of the original rock stress,and the support pressure on the coal pillar and the surrounding rock when the size of the pillar is less than 5m.The distribution will be smaller and the best location for roadway layout.
