Elaeagnus angustifolia has rich resources in Xinjiang,as the main windbreak are widely cultivated,the flowers of angustifolia have unique flavor,is very popular with people.but angustifolia flower bloom period is limited,and the study of flowers in Elaeagnus angustifolia L.only limited extraction of essential oil.but the aroma is the flowers of angustifolia characteristics,so it is necessary to study the characteristic aroma of flowers of Elaeagnus angustifolia.In present paper study the volatile aroma components of flowers of Elaeagnus angustifolia derived from different extraction methods were analyzed,optimized the conditions of SPME,used the GC-O combination principal component analysis methods discrimination the volatile aroma of flowers of Elaeagnus angustifolia on different extraction methods,on the basis of this establishment and validation aroma fingerprint of the flower of angustifolia in Xinjiang.Researching aspects and obtained results included:?1?Xinjiang angustifolia flower aroma variety,rich aroma characteristics,different extraction methods of volatile angustifolia flower aroma was significantly different.By steam distillation,solvent extraction,vacuum adsorption acquisition method,solid phase micro extraction and supercritical CO2 extraction of volatile substances from flowers,using GC-MS analysis,we identified 139 volatile substances,combined with GC-O technology to determine the aroma of Elaeagnus angustifolia main material significantly affected the esters,aldehydes,alcohols,using sensory Radar Analysis and variance analysis showed that four different varieties of flower aroma attributes between Elaeagnus angustifolia fruit,whole aroma,woody,Gu Xiang,fragrant and there was significant difference?P?0.05?.By using principal component analysis method?PCA?to extract different methods from flowers volatile substances were analyzed,found that there is a certain correlation between the different extraction methods of volatile substances from flowers.?2?In recent years,solid phase micro extraction technique is widely used in plant aroma extraction,extracted by PDMS/DVB,and the magnetic stirring,angustifolia flower aroma volatile SPME optimal extraction conditions were extraction time 50min,extraction temperature 50,desorption time of 4min,under this condition,the GC-MS identified 36 compounds,including 5hydrocarbons,esters 16,6 kinds of alcohols,5 kinds of aldehydes,1 ketones,3 other substances.The substances with higher content were trans-cinnamate?69.35%?,methyl cinnamate?17.32%?,and styrene?7.24%?.The results of isolation and identification were better.?3?By taking the volatile substances of Elaeagnus angustifolia GC-MS analysis,combined with the technology of GC-O were screened in 15 Xinjiang angustifolia flower common characteristics of aroma substances,and established can reflect the fingerprint of Xinjiang angustifolia flower aroma;combination of chromatographic fingerprint evaluation and principal component analysis,which proves that the fingerprint identification of Xinjiang angustifolia flower essential oil and other products available.
