Pill is one of the four traditional Chinese traditional Chinese medicine formulations.The most commonly used medicine dosage form in the Chinese medicine prescription of 52 patients is the pill,a total of 1358 pills were included in the new Chinese pharmacopoeia,in the 2015 edition of the Chinese pharmacopoeia,there were 1,493 kinds of pharmaceutical and traditional Chinese medicines,of which466 were pills,accounting for about 31.21%.Drying,as an important operative unit of Chinese medicine pill preparation,has a great influence on the quality and clinical efficacy of pills.The LWDH pill is the representative prescription of nourishing yin and nourishing kidney in Chinese medicine.The drying methods of the six flavored Rehmannia pills are hot air drying,decompression drying and microwave drying.But there are many problems in the drying process,such as the long drying time of water pills and honeyed balls,and the low drying efficiency.The effective components paeonol and Monod glycosides are unstable to a certain extent,and the loss of components is caused by excessive temperature and power.The drying equipment is backward in tradition and high in energy consumption.After drying,often appear crusts,split pills,false drying,Yin Yang surface and so on.In order to solve the problems in the drying process of six flavour Rehmannia pills,this paper studies the drying characteristics of hot air drying,decompression drying and microwave vacuum through the establishment of thin layer drying model,and further studies the influence rules of different drying process parameters on the quality of pills,and makes clear the key technological parameters that affect the quality of the pills,so as to improve the quality of the pills.It provides theoretical basis for drying rate,reducing energy consumption and ensuring the quality of pills.1.Study on the drying characteristics of different drying methods of LWDH pillTo explore the moisture ratio,dry base moisture content and drying rate curve of LWDH pill with hot air drying,vacuum drying and microwave vacuum drying.The results show that the higher the drying temperature,the faster the drying rate,the shorter drying time,and the lower moisture ratio and dry base moisture content.The higher the vacuum drying temperature and vacuum degree,the faster the drying rate.Microwave vacuum drying microwave power,vacuum degree,the slope of drying curve increased,drying rate accelerated.The drying rate curve of different drying methods is divided into accelerated phase,constant speed and deceleration stage.According to the drying curves and drying rate curve can be indirectly describe pill drying moisture content and drying rate change rule,for the pill drying process and the process optimization to provide data and theoretical support.2.Study on the dynamic model of different drying methods of LWDH pill.The dynamic model of hot air drying,vacuum drying and microwave vacuum drying of LWDH pills was studied with the help of the mathematical thin layer model.The correlation coefficient R~2,chi square and standard error RMSE were selected as evaluation indexes.The results showed that the R~2 average of the Midilli model was the largest,and the average value of the two and the RMSE was the smallest,which was the most suitable for the analysis and prediction of the moisture content of the pellet drying process.The size of E_a in the different drying methods is hot air drying,vacuum drying and microwave vacuum drying.This value is in accordance with the change of drying time,drying rate and effective diffusion coefficient,which provides a new way to explore the drying characteristics and quality of the pills.3.Study on the effect of different drying methods on the quality characteristics of LWDH pills.With colour and lustre degree,hardness,mono glycosides,horses money glycosides and,power consumption,content of soluble powder were time limit for the quality evaluation index,the hot air drying,vacuum drying and microwave vacuum drying on the quality of liuwei dihuang pill.The results showed that the hot air drying temperature increased with the drying temperature,the color L and hardness of the pills increased,the energy consumption decreased,the content of mononoside and danpiphenol decreased,and the content of equine was relatively stable.With the increase of vacuum degree,the color L and hardness increased,the energy consumption decreased,the content of mono glycoside decreased,and the content of equine and tannin did not change significantly.The microwave vacuum drying increased with microwave power,and the color L value and hardness increased,energy consumption decreased,and the content of monoside and mathioside did not change significantly.The LWDH Pill with different drying conditions can be dissolved in 60min and meet the requirements of Pharmacopoeia.It can be seen that the process parameters of different drying methods have a certain influence on the quality of the pill,and the first drying rate curve is combined with the first chapter,and the optimum drying parameters are obtained.The drying temperature of hot air is 60,70 and 80,and the vacuum drying temperature is 60,70,80?,vacuum 0.08Mpa and 0.1Mpa,the microwave vacuum drying power 240W,320W,400W,vacuum degree 0.08Mpa,0.1Mpa,provide the data support for the optimization of the drying process of the later pill.4.Optimization of the drying process of LWDH water honey pill.(1)To mono glycosides,money glycosides and cortex moutan phenol content,evaluation index,the average drying rate,energy consumption by response surface central composite design theory,this paper discusses the microwave power,vacuum degree,pulse than honey water 6 flavour glutinous rehmannia pill the effect of intermittent drying technology of microwave,and the drying process parameters optimization.The results show that the model is significant and can predict microwave vacuum batch drying process.The effect size of the three factors on the comprehensive score is:pulse ratio>vacuum degree>microwave power;The best process parameters of microwave intermittent drying of liuwei dihuang pill are:microwave power is 400 W,vacuum degree 0.09Mpa,pulse ratio 1.65.The method provides theoretical basis for improving drying rate,reducing energy consumption and ensuring the quality of pills.(2)To mono glycosides,money glycosides and cortex moutan phenol content,evaluation index,the average drying rate,energy consumption by response surface central composite design theory,explore the hot air drying temperature,drying time,reducing drying temperature of liuwei dihuang pill-reducing the influence of vacuum drying process,and optimize the parameters of the drying process.The results showed that the influence of the three factors on the comprehensive score was:reduced pressure drying temperature>hot air drying time>hot air drying temperature;Optimal process for the hot air drying temperature 60?,hot air drying time 70 min,decompression drying temperature 80?;The combined drying can provide new ideas for optimizing the drying process,increasing the drying rate,reducing energy consumption and ensuring the quality of the pill.
