LNG,which is an important part of natural gas products,is one of the fastestgrowing fuels in the world.The application of LNG is actually the application of natural gas,which has unparalleled competitiveness in some fields with its unique advantages.Our country has depended heavily on coal for a long time.With the continuous attention and optimization of climate issues and energy structure,China's natural gas demand has been increasing.At present,there are few studies on the antiknocking performance of large-capacity LNG storage tanks,and the related authority files are still not completed.Therefore,the finite element software ANSYS and the explicit dynamic finite element program LS-DYNA are used to numerically simulate the antiknock capacity of polyurea sprayed 200000m3 large LNG storage tanks.In this paper,the fluid-solid coupling method is used to simulate the blast load acting on the LNG tank structure.At the same time,a complete tank outer tank finite element model is established to simulate the response of the LNG tank under explosion.The main contents are as follows:Part 1: Establish a 200,000m3 large LNG storage tank finite element model according to the relevant drawings,calculate the structure's natural vibration period and frequency through modal analysis,compare the relevant specifications and literature,verify the correctness of the model,and establish the finite element model for explosion in air.The formula compares the peak overpressure to ensure the rationality of the blast load.Part 2: Perform numerical simulation of a 200,000m3 ultra-large LNG storage tank under the effect of contact explosion and explosion shock waves,and obtain the failure mode,dynamic response and energy change of the storage tank to discuss and evaluate the Antiknock ability of the polyurea elastomer coated LNG storage tanks.Part 3: Discuss the thickness of the polyurea,explosion distance and quantity of various factors on the spray polyurea LNG storage tank antiknock performance impact.Looking for different thickness and dynamite explosion distance polyurea spraying LNG storage tank under the laws of the dynamic response and energy change.
