The rapid development of transportation industry and the increase of the number of motor vehicles bring convenience to the people,but also aggravate the air pollution and the greenhouse effect,and the automobile exhaust is the main source of pollution,so many researchers at home and abroad are actively involved in the field of automobile exhaust treatment.The friction type nanoscale generator uses the frictional effect of polymeric materials to convert the mechanical energy in the environment into friction and then convert to electric energy.This subject uses this principle to design a kind of electrostatic precipitator tail gas treatment system based on the three dimensional nanoscale generator(3D-TENG)technology based on the principle of frictional electrification.The first choice is to use the multi physical field coupling simulation software COMSOL to simulate and restore the electrostatic field in the tai l gas treatment.The optimum filling rate of the ball in the dust removal system is obtained by simulation.The dust removal efficiency of the device is tested under the different vibration frequency by the vibrator,and the whole system is completed under the guidance of the imitation truth and the test results.The core device of tail gas treatment is optimized,enabling the device to be installed on the vehicle well.Then the STM32,PM2.5 sensor and Bluetooth module are used to build the hardware circuit of the exhaust gas data acquisition and detection system.The sensor probe of the system is placed in the inlet of the device to collect the data of the exhaust gas,and the data is sent out by the Bluetooth module.In the end,a software which can be use d in mobile mobile terminal is designed.This software can be used as the monitoring computer to monitor the condition of tail gas processing in real time.The simulation shows that the optimum dust removal efficiency can be achieved when the ball filling ratio of the whole device is 100%.The device enters a relatively high dust removal efficiency under the vibration frequency of 15 Hz and reaches the peak efficiency at about 20 Hz.If the ball ratio is 100%,the dust removal efficiency can reach 92%.The entire data monitoring and transmission time interval can reach every 3 seconds at the fastest time;for the mobile terminal software system,the average PM2.5 concentration of the vehicle exhaust inlet can be displayed intuitively at any time.The whole exhaust gas treatment system has the advantages of low cost,high particle filtration efficiency and easy detection.It can be applied to automobiles and other motor vehicles.
