With the continuous expansion of the scale of Chinese cities and more and more municipal solid waste,environmental pollution has become the primary problem for the development of China.The government is paying special attention to environmental problems.These have created the rapid development of garbage disposal equipment.China's demand for high-end garbage disposal equipment is becoming more and more vigorous.But garbage compressing equipment has been developed very well abroad,and CAE simulation advanced technology has been applied to product design,making product performance and product advanced much better than domestic products.Although some domestic products have reached the level of foreign countries,most of them are at the low end and imitation stage,without their own core technology.In order to reduce the gap between domestic waste compression equipment and foreign countries,the design level of domestic waste compression equipment can be improved to meet the demand of domestic waste disposal.The advanced finite element analysis technology and the hydraulic system simulation technology are applied to the design of virtual verification and experimental verification.This article has done the following research work.Compression equipment as the research object to the small horizontal split garbage,meet the suburbs and small towns with long distance and small scale garbage collection market demand for the performance parameters,the structure of the equipment scheme is determined,designed and developed a compartment,shovel and hopper structure device,then the core components are analysis of finite element analysis and multi-body dynamics,verified the rationality of the design parameters and the structure strength and stiffness properties.The hydraulic system of the device is designed and developed,and the parameters of the hydraulic system,the thickness of the shovel oil cylinder wall are theoretically studied and calculated,and the virtual simulation analysis of the hydraulic system is carried out.The development and design of a very high level of intelligence and automation control system.The experimental platform was built,and the equipment was tested in the actual operation field,and the related data and experimental results were collected.The success of the finite element simulation technology into the design of garbage compression equipment,research and develop the method and process of CAE analysis,advanced CAE simulation technology design idea into the design of garbage compression equipment,find out the unreasonable structure,optimize the structure,strengthen the structural strength.The theoretical research and Simulation of the parameters of the hydraulic system have been done to verify the rationality of the parameters matching of the hydraulic system.A friendly and reliable operating system has been developed.The success of an experimental platform is built to verify the finite element analysis and the simulation results are accurate and reliable,can be used as design basis,verify that the performance of the equipment,that equipment with a high degree of automation and intelligence,proved the advanced equipment,shorten the design level of the domestic and foreign garbage compression equipment the gap.
