Hydrogel,a hydrophilic polymer network,has been widely used in tissue engineering,controlled drug release and biomedical devices.The mechanical properties and stability of the hydrogel are of great importance in extending the application range,increasing the service life and promoting the practical application of the hydrogel.Therefore,designing and construction of hydrogel with good mechanical properties and self-healing properties is one of the core issues.Recently,two-dimensional nanomaterials,especially molybdenum disulfide nanosheets,have attracted increasing attentions and provide an ideal candidate for construction of self-healing nanocompsites due to their good photothermal conversion abilities,high conductivity and strong mechanical properties.In this dissertation,two kinds of polymer nanocomposites hydrogels with self-healing properties based on molybdenum disulfide nanosheets were developed.Futhermore,the two nanocomposite hydrogels were employed for human motion detection as flexible sensors and drug local delivery,respectively.The main contents include:?1?The hydrogel?Gel-PEG-MoS2,GPM hydrogel?,emoloying Ce-MoS2 nanosheets,thermal-sensitive gelatin and poly?ethylene glycol?cross-linker,was fabricated via thiol-ene click chemistry.The GPM hydrogel exhibited good NIR light-induced self-healing ability with the healing effciency of 89.7%in 90 seconds.?2?The hydrogel,based on Ce-MoS2 and hyaluronic acid?HA-PEG-MoS2,HPM hydrogel?,was prepared by Diels-Alder reaction was constructed.It showed excellent NIR light-induced self-healing properites with the healing effciency of 101.3%in 7 minutes.?3?The GPM hydrogel was applied as a flexible sensors for detection of human motions,including bending,squatting and chewing,while the HPM hydrogel was able to load the anticancer drug doxorubicin effectively and exhibited a light control drug release property.
