The research part of this paper is divided into two parts.The first part is the synthesis of acridine and its derivatives.The second part is the study of the oxidation reaction of Boronate Compounds.In organic optoelectronic materials,acridone is a kind of perfumed aroma compound containing heteroatoms.It not only contains conjugated macrostructures,but also demonstrated special photoelectric properties due to the presence of heteroatoms.Since the last century,the metal organic chemistry,especially organometallic chemistry directed towards organic synthesis,has quick development.Transition metal catalyzed coupling reactions is the most important synthetic method to create new chemical bonds.Based on above cognitions,the first part of this thesis studied the synthesis of acridones using palladium catalyzed carbonylation reaction.We get the optimized conditions,using o-bromodiphenylamines as the reaction substrate,was obtained by employing Pd Cl2(10 mol%),PCy3HBF4(20 mol%),and Cs OPiv(3.0 equiv)in DMF at 120 °C under 1 atm of carbon monoxide in 12 h.This method which features mild reaction conditions has excellent functional group tolerance and holds great potential in synthesis of acridone and its derivatives.The second part of this thesis studied the oxidation reaction of B2pin2 with trimethylamine oxide by On-line FT-IR.Boron reagents are commonly used as nucleophiles for coupling reactions since it show stability in the atom-sphere.Therefore,the study of this compounds is very significant.Infrared spectroscopy is an express,high efficient,and suitable tools which used to on-line analysis.Because organic compounds have the strongest absorption in the mid-infrared range,On-line FT-IR is very suitable for real-time qualitative and quantitative analysis.Finally,we get the detailed conditions by tracked the reaction rate in different temperature and solvent.
