The Green Infrastructure is a strategic planning network of natural or semi-natural areas that can provide multiple ecosystem services, and green and blue space elements(vegetation and waters)can improve environmental quality and ensure citizenship The physical and mental health and quality of life, but also has to promote the green economy,to provide jobs and maintain the role of species diversity. In our country to vigorously promote the construction of urban and rural ecological civilization in the context of green infrastructure strategy will show a huge application prospects. However,at present, the study of green infrastructure in the domestic academic community stays at the initial stage, especially the lack of research on green infrastructure evaluation theory and evaluation system.Scientific evaluation of green infrastructure is a prerequisite for carrying out green infrastructure related practice on the research of the ecosystem service value. This paper constructs the green infrastructure evaluation system based on the new ecological service value, and evaluates the green infrastructure in the Huangpi area of??Wuhan.Through the empirical study, this paper finally measured the green infrastructure in Huangpi District to provide the total value of ecosystem services for the119,304,656,700 yuan,10.56 million yuan per capita,2015,Huangpi District, the total GDP of 1.9 times, significantly higher than the national The average level indicates that the quality of the green infrastructure in the Huangpi district is good and can play an adequate ecosystem service function. In addition, the present study also found that the ecosystem services provided by the three green infrastructures in the Huangpi area were spatially distributed. While the total value of 11 ecosystem services provided by different types of green infrastructure shows a large gap between each other.
