The application of recycled aggregate concrete can not only save natural gravel,but also improve the recycling rate of waste concrete,which meet the social sustainable development.The elastic modulus is one of the most essential mechanical indexes of recycled aggregate concrete.It reflects the relationship between the stress and strain and is an essential parameter to calculate the deformation of recycled aggregate concrete structure.In this paper,the elastic modulus of recycled aggregate concrete is studied based on the engineering practice,which is of great theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,using experimental study,numerical simulation and combined with theoretical analysis,the elastic modulus of recycled coarse aggregate concrete is studied.The main contents are as follows:(1)The basic physical and mechanical parameters of recycled coarse aggregate and natural aggregate are tested;(2)The uniaxial static elastic modulus of 35 specimens are tested,the change of the elastic modulus is studied based on the results,and the elastic modulus prediction formula is established by regression analysis;(3)The two-dimensional convex polygon random aggregate model of recycled concrete under seven replacement ratios are generated.The elastic modulus of seven models are numerically simulated in Abaqus,which has been compared with the experiment results;(4)The basic mechanical properties of the five-phase materials are changed,and the influence of the mechanical properties on the elastic modulus is studied.It can provide the basis for the correction of the mechanical parameters of each phase in the model.The paper draws the following conclusions:The elastic modulus prediction formula is consistent with the experimental results well;The simulated results of two-dimensional convex polygon random aggregate model are consistent with the test laws,which proves the rationality of this model.The research in this paper is of great significance to promote the application of recycled concrete and the development of micro-mechanic research.
