The imbalance of ecological structure of urban black and odorous water has brought people a very poor sense of experience,which seriously affects the image of the city.In recent years,the government attaches great importance to the regulation of black and odorous water,and the remediation technology of black and odorous water has become the focus of current research.In this paper,BC?biological carbon fibers?biological filler was used to remediate black and odorous water based on the principle of biological membrane method.In order to strengthen the effect of nitrogen removal,aerobic denitrifying bacteria which has advantages on nitrogen removal performance was isolated and screened from the environment.The BC type biological filler immobilized aerobic denitrifying bacteria was applied to the remediation of black and odorous water.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1.The experiments on the start-up of the BC type biological filler was tested in black and odorous water under the condition of aeration and nonaeration,and the density optimization test was carried out after the biofilm was stable.The results show that the BC type biological filler has a large specific surface area,which can adsorb suspended particles in the polluted water rapidly and beneficial to the adhesion and growth of microorganisms.aeration properly can shorten the time of biofilm mature,improving the removal rate of pollutants,and maintaining the stability of the microbial community in the water.When remediating the simulated black and odorous wastewater,the best paving density of the BC type biological filler was 40 strain/m2,and its pollutant removal efficiency and economic were better.2.the aerobic denitrifying bacteria were isolated and screened from the natural environment,and the morphological characteristics,nitrogen removal and denitrification factors were investigated.The results showed that the aerobic denitrifying bacteria F1 is gram-negative bacillus,which shows strong heterotrophic nitrification and aerobic denitrification abilities.When the nitrogen source is about 100 mg/L,the strain F1inoculation after 48h,the removal rate of NH4+-N,NO3--N and NO2--N were 95.28%,89.09%and 86.40%.Strain F1 can use multiple types of carbon source for denitrification reaction,When the C/N of culture medium is more than 8,and pH is neutral or weak alkaline,the denitrification efficiency is higher.3.using the BC type biological filler immbolized the aerobic denitrifying bacteria F1to remediate the polluted water,and without adding strain F1 as control,sequencing batch reactor which cycle was 24h was operated 10d continuously,the results showed that the removal rate of CODCr,NH4+-N and TN in enhanced system immbolized the aerobic denitrifying bacteria F1 were 55.83%,70.96%and 34.67%;compared to the control group were increased by 3.10%,and 3.65%8.65%.With heterotrophic nitrification and aerobic denitrification of the strain F1,the TN and NO3--N concentration in effluent and reaction in the process of accumulation of NO2--N were effectively reduced.
