Ferritic stainless steel is a nickel-free or low-nickel stainless steel.Its formability,corrosion resistance,anti-oxidation is well.In recent years,the amount of ferritic stainless steel in Crease year by year.High chromium ferritic stainless steel XDS-7-2 researched and developed by Xuan Da Industrial Group is mainly used in the field of sulfuric acid and low-temperature heat recovery system,But the influence of heat treatment on the alloy organization performance remains to be studied and the performance in the Cl~-environment will also be necessary to research to expand its application.So this paper studies the influence that solution annealing process on the mi Crostructure and mechanical properties of high chromium iron ferrite stainless steel,and mainly studied sulfuric acid corrosion resistance and anti-Cl~--pitting.The solution annealing temperature of stainless steel solid:950?,980?,1010? and 1040?.Along with the in Crease of solution annealing temperature,grains arises reversion and re Crystallization.At 950?,the partial grains arises re Crystallization.During 980? to 1010?,the grains fully re Crystallized,and gained suitable grains size.At 1040?,the grains completely re Crystallized,and grains grow up rapidly.According to calculate by image-Pro Plus software the grains sizes are:115.8?m,75.8?m,96.7?m,133.6?m.after solution annealing at950?,980?,1010?,1040?,and the content of?phase in organization as the solution temperature in Creases successively are 6.4%,4.1%,3.2%,1.7%.After solution annealing at 950? and 1040?,concentrated sulfuric acid corrosion resistance and anti-Cl~--pitting of stainless steel is the worst,and corrosion resistance is poorer than the sample of the rolling state.After solution annealing at 950?,only partial grains re Crystallized and most are still preserved.Due to the presence of isometric Crystal and fibrous tissue,resulting in tissue unevenly,this phenomenon offers the possibility for corrosion,lead to its corrosion resistance and anti-pitting property degradation.So after solution annealing at 950?,its corrosion resistance and anti-Cl~--pitting is the worst.After solution annealing at 1040?,the content of effective elements Cr,Mo in Creased in the grains,but both concentrated sulfuric acid corrosion resistance and anti-Cl~--pitting still is the worst.After analysis found that grains size has a certain influence on the corrosion resistance of the stainless steel material,the grains size too small or too big are all not conducive to its corrosion resistance.After solution annealing at 980?and 1010?,its concentrated sulfuric acid corrosion resistance and anti-Cl~--pitting is the best,and better than the sample in rolling state.Through the study of this article show that the comprehensive performance of XDS-7-2 stainless steel is excellent,when the solution annealing temperature is980?~1010?.
